Captain Sam Moore did a great job getting us on the wahoo that trip. I took home 7, that's me in white on the right. The Nomad are worth the money, you do not need to tune them like you needed to tune the Braid Marauder's.

@@NomadTackle Hi guys, don't mean to sound daft but is there a certain way to deploy this lure? I bought a couple recently and have tried to place on the flat line near the prop wash but nearly every time I set the drag to strike, the dtx 200 minnows start sliding to the side and pops out on the surface, had a couple of nasty tangles so far. I am rigging 3-4ft of #10 single strand wire. Would appreciate your thoughts...? Is multi-strand cable a better option?

Great lures, but have had two lures get bitten completely in half. They don't hold up well to the hard bite, but they do catch fish!

Wahoo fishing with DTX 200,s. The lures caught the fish but were in pieces and one the lip cracked in half .

For trolling for bft and some inshore fish with dtx 165 can you use 60 lb mono or just heavy 200lb mono

Hmm wire leader...I've never lost my DTX 220 to a wahoo. They attack from behind and below, and that giant bill protects the line. Straight mono to the lure works just fine.

Truly put that rapala head to head with Nomad ~ I ain't skareeeeed a bit Rapala has been making Big Game Baits how long compared to Nomad???? Change my opinion, Honestly Nomad Is New to the Gay ass West coast Market and spending money to get people who don't know what Bathroom to go in to buy. Evern out of my own boat across the country I will Beat you down and get it in writing ~ Ill go catch more just so you look sad.

They do work great but after 1 fish there done tough when a barracuda ruins a $50 dollar lure

Cant get them to swim straight…they pop out of the water all the time
