    I am a neet aspirant
    My 11th wasted
Not because I wasn't serious there was no guidance
While coming to 12th i realised the perfect way of my self study
But after first test of 12 which was so easy and most of my batchmates scroed 600+ i got 246 and -4 in phy
I started to focus on physics
But after 1 week of hard work
Now I have dark circles unable to focus
Not being able to solve any questions
    Not able to understand anything
I am not able to sleep during night
And sometimes sleep all day and night
Like for more than 12 Hours
    Pressure from coaching and society
    And hopes of my parents
( I belong to lower middle class but my parents didn't forced me to choose this path but every middle class parents wants their child to have a proper job
Which is not wrong but slowly i am realising i am not made for this
Well i am gonna try my first attempt
    If it happens it happens
If doesn't i am not gonna try again
Edit: I am focusing on self improvement

I used to sleep almost all day and I could not read anything coz I couldn't understand.. terrible brainfog..I was irritated.. my wt increased to 90.. and I was suicidal but all i could do was sleep...
I could never understand what it was.. can you tell me so that I can find ways to tackle it if it happens in future? It woupd be really helpful.

But I am working on it
I am still learning but from the experience of past 1 and 1/2 years I can say that
Go for walk in morning for at least 20 mins
In a park or garden near nature
If ever feel low talk to your loved ones

Fortunately I got 2 really good friends and maa-papa supported me
Use your phone as a tool
      Like writing to do list
      Using timers etc
      And most important thing
      Don't/no use social media
Using social media at first doesn't feel like a big issue for students but later on you would realise that your most of the time was consumed by it....some stuff on social media can demotivate you also
For eg I read a post about mbbs I was so scared that I didn't studied for 10 days...just because in that post there was description of further struggle in college and life
      So summary at last😂
Social media use must be limited
      Prioritise your health

And realise that there are so many different fields i could get into, and avoid all this stressful havoc to begin with. Yaar that's what happens when the generation gap between you and your parents is too much. They don't even try to understand today's market and life, but just keep chanting their mantra of " take a stable profession and settle in life " . Anyways, since you're still in 10th, I wouldn't go deeper into this aspect. Honest opinion as a senior : Just don't fall into this blackhole of formulae, stress and depression ( the story of most of the PCM folks )... PCM for sure is a good field and offers you a variety of interesting jobs in future too... But don't really compromise your health just to focus on scoring extremely well in your 11th and 12th... I personally suffered a lot during those times too :) Don't take life too serious... There are always ways to get what you want... And taking PCM doesn't in 11th and 12th isn't even a thing, because around 30% of my friends who were in my class have either taken up Graphical/Animation or have forked into commerce stream! I wish I could come across this video when it was released. I lost my brother (my only sibling) 2 months ago due to mental health issues. Kids do find it difficult to express how they are feeling. Often these signs of depression, anxiety, BPD, PTSD etc. are not understood well due to lack of awareness. Everything is so relatable, I in my family is a loser because I can't get into IITs or NITs, due to something I've done in my past I was kept reminded the same thing for like 5-6 years, when I was struggling I decided to be anything but not like my father, my family used to compare me with my IITian Cousin, so family function start giving me fear instead of excitement. The things inside me got so heavy that I decided to walk off oneday and never comeback. Now I work here in Canada as a full Stack Developer, I know I wasn't good enough like my cousin but now I'm doing something on my own, and literally the things through which I've gone through, I don't wish to meet any of my relatives anymore. I goes to India many times but I just came back here again as stepping into my society gives me the smell of all that trauma. There should be a love and solidarity between brothers but when I watch myself I don't find anyone with me... I know I'm not performing that good like them today too, but atleast faraway from my home I have got one thing that I don't wanna lose and that is my mental peace ✌️ ☮️

I think this extends to all walks of society as well. There is competition, lots of trauma and mental health issues both in adults and kids. Just like how we wish our parents to take responsibility for our mental health, shouldn't the same extend to kids too? Shouldn't we take care of their mental health too? I request Abhi and Niyu, as adults yourself, both of you to make a video on this topic too in your perspective and how can we help all the adults suffering through this.
I am really grateful for the video and the treasure trove of information you have shared on this video since, as a teenager myself, it really has opened my eyes to not only help myself regarding common 'taboos' in the Indian society like depression, but to also help my cousins and family members. I'm a 4th-year Medical Student, for some reason I have to drop a semester, after this incident, my parents start treating me as a waste. If I say something to them or ask them, they never care and ignore me like I'm stupid. From the beginning, I was shy to share feelings. Now, I completely stopped sharing my feelings, and sometimes I think I'm no more important to them. If I leave the home or die they'll be happier. Even if I threaten my younger sister and brother for anything, my parents insult me in front of them. It's heartbreaking for me. I hope one day they'll understand me I'm always praying to Allah. Yo bro, I’m a lil too younger than you but still I know what it’s like to be over looked.
Don’t worry mate, I care about you.. there are people that cares about you!
You may feel like a disappointment to your parents or teachers or anyone, but remember that we live for ourselves and not for others.
If your parents don’t like you and treat you equally, then don’t love them back! It’s hard to stop loving people. But the worst curse is when unable to love.
You don’t have to live under a roof of hatred and fear.
Alright but what is the point of life in living a meaningless? you know if you believe in yourself, you can change that!
Do whatever you want because life is yours, and no one gets to stop you from choosing whatever you want.
You don’t have to die to feel better.
That’s where your mind is lying to you that both you and I knows.
You don’t have to play an important role in someone else’s life. It’s you that matters.
      YOU MATTER!!
Hope this helps. I really meant every single thing that I mentioned here. I swear to god I know what it’s like. :)
Future is all yours big bro.

try to go out and play a few sports for sometime
honestly it will not only keep you healthy and fit it will also remove your moody feeling
i had this lasting depression kind of feeling in last year class 9 and partially this year in class 10 but now i am fine
i noticed this was due to classes continuosly they were soo much that i had hardly any time for self study so whenver i had time i used to study I hardly went out to play alsmost did'nt socialise cause i had no time every day was boring lockdown made things worse........
so one day i sat and noticed that there were so many classes doing the same topics so what i did was attended 1 class per topic and used the leftover time that was previously taken by classes for H.W studies and then used the leftover time to socialise and play and talk to friends and have fun join dinners and all.................
what i noticed is that the tedious scedule of both coaching and school classes was taking a toll on me deppressing me both physically and mentally
its only then i noticed that when they say" A healthy body leads to a healthy mind " is so apt
      this must help..........

At first I was very sad and trapped.
They won't let me go outside.
    They won't let me play.
I had no mobile, no tv, no pc.
The only thing I did after and before school was studying.
And i was very afraid to speak back to them.
They often compared me to other kids from their work places.
I became overweight within months due to lack of exercise and stress eating.
But my parents said that now you look even better and stronger.
Most of my friends made fun of me.
But after being depressed for a long time i decided to change.

Just understanding their feelings will not make us good parents , because first we all need to make a better education system for them not like ours we need to make a good environment for them , and then we also need to understand their feelings but we should also guide them properly and tell them what is right And what is wrong

dude, idk abt you but my own childhood was so horrid, i decided to not have kids - to spare them 1. my own trauma leftover being dumped on them, 2. giving them bad grandparents who'd judge them before loving/accepting them.

This made me cry, it's actually so good that someone is making a video on this. This needs more attention.

I had great parents thankfully, who on time understood that it's time not to compare us with others.... I feel blessed... They rather chose to understand

Being a victim of depression I can totally agree with this video!
Although India is slowly progressing towards mental health issues, we need to crack the problems caused due to depression and anxiety on ground levels ! And yes not to make fun of any Individual going through such things but to help them really needs to be inculcated in today's generation !

Yaa but the challenge for therepy is that we the stressed children do not want that our parents know about our sad condition..we do not want our parents know what all happen in these things...we just want to move on which the most difficult thing to do ..but we do after a lot of sad days
