I rarely snack these days, but when I do, it's more often than not a small handful of macadamia nuts (olives and dill pickles are my other go-to). The only problem with these nuts is it's hard to eat just a small quantity. I always have to establish discipline when munching on them, as they're so friggin tasty. BTW, I always buy the Costco dry roasted bag. Very reasonably priced for what you get.

I just switched to macadamian nuts about a week ago.
I started snacking on Costco mixed nuts and had a constant migraine.
Almonds have tyramine. I could not shake my Migraine. But when I quit snacking on Almonds, walnuts, pecans and Brazil nut my Migraine left.
Blood sugar seems to be improving too!

The specific ones I take show 15 calories for a serving, but you are getting a highly concentrated dose of omega-3. Getting the omega-3 from your actual diet is supposed to be better, but it's not always feasible. So what would your advice be on that?

"Too much calories coming from nuts to begin with?" Where should they come from then, if you are trying to be a pescatarian, or even a vegetarian? I thought you could just eat nuts and some non-starchy vegetables with fish/whey protein isolate and be done with it.

Peanuts are not nuts though. They are legumes. Love chocolate coated peanuts
..eek. Could eat a sackful of those.

Yes. It is very easy to over consume nuts. They are very calorie dense and delicious. However you don't have to stop eating a potentially healthy food group, you just have to learn to control how much you eat. As someone has already pointed it out peanuts are in the legume category.

Love the videos but you really need to work on audio. You have a lot of sibalence in your videos. You really need to control the surroundings better. Painful to listen to the audio. Keep it going. Just use something to absorbs those t’s and s’a better. Or fix in post
