One thing people do not seem to realise is that when it comes to steroids, there are responders and there are hyper responders. Everyone who makes it to the olympia stage has great genetics, works hard but are also hyper responders. If they were not hyper responders none of them would be on that stage. That allows them to get away with alot.
True- and not all good naturals become good enhanced athletes for that very reason-
Hyper responding also means getting away with less- and not killing yourself to get there

@@fatboitino2 yes I think we would find that the top guys who actually win don't take nearly as much gear as the guys at the bottom of the top or that don't place very well at the shows especially back in the day. you can't out gear genetics
@douglasjohnston1465 Exactly- which is why those guys are at the top and often have good longevity. Also why they do seemingly crazy things like come off completely, or not use all of the exotic compounds people think they do.

That statement may be more accurate if ur taking about healthy/ whole food... Bc it's very hard to over eat in banasas, oatmeal, chicken breasts, rice etc.... but if your eating garbage it's easy to overeat in cals.../ Mess up ur digestion

I don't know what the obsession is with the "Bulk". 9 times out of 10 it just leads to people gaining stubborn fat that they struggle to lose again in the future. Always look to improve and get stronger in the gym, eat a bit more if you need to but make sure it's actually food that is of benefit to your body and not just junk. You can build solid muscle by eating clean foods, you might just need to eat a little bit more of those clean foods such as an extra 300-400 calories a day. It doesn't have to be major, it just takes longer to achieve by doing it the natural/ clean way but at least you're not fat, who wants to be fat??
This might come as a surprise, but food is fucking delicious and eating it is the peak dopamine hit you can achieve in this life

Even the McDonald’s now is not as healthy as the McDonald’s back then. The consequences of dirty bulk are much higher, it’s not hard to cook your own foods if you try to find time
Eating out is fine but everything in moderation. No need to do it every day to bulk
Their isn’t much evidence to that, it’s excess fat storage that does the damage, that’s why it’s always LINKED to heart disease or diabetes never the cause if ya ate McDonald’s in a deficit you’d be fine if your supplementing with all the other needs

Generally true. I like Greg doucette started as a cyclist and cycling is in my blood. I've even won a national and podiumed a number of times. That said, got in to body building as well and did my first local physique comp and got 2nd. I'm 25 and I straight eat whatever the fuck I want. I've also done 3 cycles before and yeah I eat whatever I want on or off gear. Always remember bodybuilding is not really exercise. It's not putting your cardiovascular system under enough stress and any amount you do get is nowhere near enough. I get my blood work done once a month and I'm healthy as an ox. 5'11 210lbs at 10% body fat.blood pressure 110/75 resting heart rate sometimes as low as 45bpm.ngl that one does kinda scare me but doc says it's fine. And yeah I eat like a pig kfc, McDonald's, lots of rice and chicken. I'm half Asian so rice with every meal 😂and yeah the point is, as long as you aren't a lazy cunt, usually you can eat whatever tf you want

Or it is just a type of innate intelligence and awareness that has its benefits over over thinking everything. When Lee talks about his PED use, cycling on and off it is a similar story as well, was able to use less just by working out what worked for him, not becoming reliant on it or over thinking it or doing some dose someone told him to do. And he has stayed in much better shape than all the other guys from his era who bodies are fk'd.

This sickens me. Natural athletes please do not listen to this video and take it onboard. The fatter you are the more your body is good at putting on fat. Long term bulks where you get fat make no sense. Not every calorie is equal. Clean large amounts of food = amazing physique.
