Dustin is going to steal the Mcgregor fight from Chandler and I am 1000% here for it 😂
Would be the funniest matchmaking off all time
Chandler is going to be depressed…
I hope Conor fights them both

“What about Islam saying ‘no thanks’?”
“Well he beat me…and it wasn’t in a way that needs us to run it back…so…I think he’s fighting Arman. That’s a good fight”
*I love Dustin man*
I respect both fighters, and I think Dustin did a lot better than I thought he would. I think if they study the fight they can fix some things and do better in a rematch. He did really well in the scrambles and getting back up to his feet. He just got caught during a scramble when they were both clearly exhausted.

Only the Colby fan boys hate on Dustin and say he is a bad guy pretending to be a good guy. When there daddy Colby is a bad guy acting like a bad guy lol. Dustin is never in a boring fight and is always honest about it Win or Loss. He is a great guy that has really got it out the mud. I watched the doc called fightville with him in it and after that he became my favorite fighter along with Max Halloway.
Very smart
Im a FAN OF ALL 3 N8 COLBY & DUSTIN.
PUT THAT IN YR CUPa' Joe.
Would LUV TO SEE DUSTIN FIGHT BOTH OF THEM!
We need more "in studio" interviews. Just hits different.
I can only watch the in person interviews. The helwani rapport works better face to face
Since the pandemic interviewers got lazy, it’s cheaper to do zoom then fly a guest out and put them in a hotel for an interview. That’s why I like Theo Von, he does all the above for his guests 😊
I agree
the zoom interviews are the equivalent of the Apex.... but hey
@ItsReplayBro sounds like the Ufc and the Apex right? lol but Ariel won't admit it

@@dpotter08 Ah yes, Nate who has double digit losses(nearly 15) and hasn't been able to string together more then a three fight win streak since 2012 is more worthy of beig in the HOF compared to Dustin Poirier who holds wins over 7 wins over former champions, you a real dummy

Dustin needs goals, write down hard goals and then chase em down a year 2 years, 5 years. That's about the only thing that cured my mental. When you achieve the goal, a depression sets in for a few days but just keep doing it. Much Love to a real one Dustin Poirier.
In my humble opinion as an mma fan for the past 10 yrs and a fight fan for my whole like and most certainly a ufc fan. Dustin is the best interview in the game, the sit down interview. He’s humble, well spoken and I believe what he says. Idk maybe I’m foolish but this dude has forever got a fan in me. No matter who he fights next im pulling for him. Weather is Conner, Nate or max for the final time I want him to end his career on a huge win.
He’s funny too. When he said chandler was “beating himself” that was great comedic timing lol
Yeah you cant not believe what he says can you? You can tell he speaking the truth
That’s exactly how I feel. Unfortunately I’m rather new (long time boxing fan) and seeing the Saint Denis fight made me go back and try and watch it all…. Then I’ve started with the interviews. And it sucks because I’m new, I want to see more. I feel like I haven’t even begun to see him fight… I’m praying he fights 1, 2…. Honestly, I wish he’d make that climb ONE MORE TIME. I truly believe he can get the belt. Glover did it. And man would I celebrate 🎉

“He’s beating himself” - DP on Chandler 😂😂😂😂
47:14 "There's a power in writing stuff down." Yep, or even just saying it out loud does the same trick. It forces the thoughts into a different dimension of thought that makes it touchable.
🙋🏾♂️👀 i like reading this, woke up something in me. Thanks
Dustin the realest. Appreciate this man’s character
Jones should move back down after stipe to challenge alex for the light heavyweight belt
I love the positive attitude about losing a fight that Dustin has now. If he gives it everything he has "not partying and drinking", and trains as hard as he can and he still loses - it's just not meant to be. "This is MY story. If it's meant for me, it won't miss me." VERY healthy outlook! Also, him explaining how he writes down what he's grateful for everyday. Love this dude...not only for his fighting style but for always being honest and allowing people to see his vulnerable side. High character...and me being born and bread in South Louisiana - I am biased. Great interview. Hope to see him fight again, but respect whatever decision he ultimately makes.
DP had 2 round on Islam going into the 5th round. He was so close! I think one reason Khabib showed up to this fight for Islam is because he knew Dustin is not an easy fight. He was so close. Man this dude is a true champ no matter what!
he was far from close, he was comfortably losing it via decision if islam didn't get the finish.
It was a very competitive fight against the current p4p king, poirier had a great performance but still Islam was dominating the fight (striking, wrestling, grappling) arguably won every round until the 5th, officially two judges had it 3-1 Islam so it wasn't close.
But yeah khabib knew Poirier was a very dangerous and worthly opponent for Islam that's why he dame back to corner him.
After the fight khabib posted on his Instagram story a highlight with the title (one of my favourite fighter of all time) and it was poirier koing conor.
Khabib always saw poirier as a honorable man and respects him a lot.
No it's not. Islam was up 3 rounds going to the 5th. Even before the ankle pick td, Islam was still outstriking Dustin on the feet. So if it went to a decision, it'll be 49-46 Islam.
If I read the score cards correctly majority had 2 and 4 Dustin, check them out and lmk where I messed up
