Now riding a Hornet 160r, but I feel the lack of 6th gear in it. So whether it can make a big difference in the ride feel by opting for a smaller rear wheel sprocket..

Very good detailing about sprocket related power delivery. But as you said it will be difficult to change rear sprocket as other sprocket does not match to the holes. There is an example, I bought a chain sprocket kit from Coimbatore agency an imported one, which; they told suits to Pulsar models so can fit to Honda bikes also, but could not fit as that above mentioned reason.
