Located in the forest of Blanchisseuse is the Avocat waterfall, get there early because its a long drive and the roads are a bit bad but a lovely trip.
Hello, From Tennessee USA I really enjoyed your videos. I was in Trinidad and Tobago when I was 13 years old. I think the year was 1978 or 79. Loved it. Just beautiful. Has brought back a lot of wonderful memories. I don't remember the village or town. I remember it was a good size. My sister and her husband were with a oil company. Would like to come back before I get to old. Again Thank you.
I truly believe that is your BRAND. This morning I suggested to Adventure Rich to check you out. You guys and Ras Mokko have kept me from screaming ( not being able to get home) my flight has been cancelled 4 times. Any way much blessings!!! You and your family keep safe. GOD IS SO GOOD.
Was there in middle of rainy season while it was pouring rain and that little creek was up to my waist...such a different kind of fun experience in the rain!
I made an attempt to go in the rain one time, the water was brown and high, I turned back.. but it's really a nice place to go when the rain isn't falling.
Love your videos bro please keep it up you are doing a great job showcasing Trinidad I'm somewhat a roamer myself but it's been a long time for me due to circumstances then covid but hope to get back in to it ASAP .
You could start, just be careful, I need equipments, I'm working with next to nothing, computer and camera, really need to get some good stuff. Thanks a lot man. Really appreciate you stopping by.
Love the music the scenery and the natural beauty of our own land. Keep up the great work educating and enlightening people of the treasures we have right here in Trinidad.
The Rooku (probably spelt incorrectly) is also known as Annatto or Achiote. It's used alot in spanish cuisine. Uncle Clyde - Paramin, makes a sauce which he uses in some of his cooking.
I used to hear my dad complain about Blanchisseuse. Apparently during his teens he got lost there and it was VERY difficult to find his way out. He never mentioned Blanchisseuse without the routine complaint.
This particular video, was shot with the Samsung Galaxy s7. I don't have that anymore, the videos forward is a mix of of my note 10 and camera. I have a Sony a7 camera and a drone, the mavic pro
@@Husiff I appreciate the information everything is so clean so steady ,very impressive, your definitely a professional, maybe one day I would film something that dosent look like an earthquake lolzzzz🤣
@@riamoreau4333 this particular video had nothing really keep it stabilize more then what the phone came with, to get the shots while driving, I used rubber bands to hold the phone on the sun visor in the car while driving, if I drive with it in someone hands it would have a lot of shakes, other then that, I try to keep as firm as possible at times, not all the time, eventually you get tired and lazy so some of the shots looks bad.
Mr. Hussiff, how come you does allow tantie to walk in front so, she ain't afraid of snakes.... She is a beautiful soul, both of you are a really good team.
Is this river that runs from Mount pleasant behind the houses there a sand base that runs down the river never know it has a water fall it's beautiful there is a spring where people bath
I'm flying the done, it took me a very long time to get it, so I don't let anyone fly it, it's a mavic pro, think it's 2014 or 2013 it came out, I couldn't buy it then, it was like 15,000. But they are old now, I got a used one this year, go it on Facebook market for like 6500. Man the camera shut down after the first two fly, that was sad, after I took to long to get one, that come and happen, but then I order the part, it was $280 US, got some tools at trincity mall and fixed it. These videos are the result now.
There is so much beauty all over but I wouldn't bring granny on that particular trip, she couldn't make it up those steep climbs and over tree branches.
lol, lol, you could be right about your granny, lol but the trip isn't long, its one hill and yes a tree had fallen across the most difficult part of the trail. but it really isn't all that hard, from a scale of 100% granny should be at least 60%, if granny cant reach the fall, she could enjoy the entire river to that point. its really beautiful.
Is ah easy trail. Yeah right. Grandma goh lorse in dat bush, yo! Going and coming back. Why de arse dey doh mark de trail to make it easy for people to find dey way? With all the big talk about ecotourism. Is so dey will keep tings?
Love the music scenery and natural treasures. Keep up the great work educating and showcasing our wealth in Trinidad.
Thank you, not a problem. There is more to more. Look out
