I just watch Yugioh Abridged now so this was a nice reminder of how unhinged the dub truly was. Really wanna see more of this show reacted to! ... Some of the stuff they cut out tho was actual insanity lmao
Never watched Yu-Gi-Oh but love how much queer-coded characters you can already see (Kaiba is so gay just the vibes) Also never stop being yourselves, you guys are the highlight of my Sundays !

Princess Tutu: Half the main cast is trying to keep the male lead from having emotional depth. Princess Tutu: Trying to describe the plot makes it sound like you're recounting a fever dream. I love it.

Can confirm that Joey’s deck is pretty bad. I recall winning only one game ever with it (then again i was an 8 yr old playing this game so like take that with a grain of salt). Also his most powerful card is banned from just about all tournaments irl LMAO
Look i kno ppl rag on 4kids and rightly so but i cant lie trying to watch Yugioh in japanese was impossible for me its so dryyyy... ill take the Japanifornia thing they have in the dub and goofy accents cuz at least the dialogue is fun to listen to. Also its way less weird about seхualizing Tea lmao, yall remember when so many weebs were angry that they removed Teas line about her needing to peе really badly. Like sure is a weird hill to die on but at least youre dead idk
