Dogs go to the Dog Park

- Hello, we took the dogs to the dog park again. We don't go very often, a few times a year.
Some guy had a scary story of his dog being attacked at the dog park recently but why would he then bring that same dog back? If my dogs got attacked I'd never go again.
There were lots of dogs at the dog park today. Many more arriving as we were leaving. I'm glad we left when we did, too many dogs is too much for Beo. He did so well though today. I was proud of him. He handled all the dogs sniffing him just fine, and didn't growl or snarl at all. Fifi got a little lippy with a few dogs, but that's just husky.
Overall, both dogs did extremely well today.
I do feel bad for Fifi, she has to leave when Beo needs to go. We're considering taking Fifi without Beo once in a while so she has time to play for hours, Beo just can't handle more than 20 mins.

That one tree is very popular. That's funny. Nice park. Fifi just wants to run, play, say hello to humans.
Fifi loves the doggy Park. Beo tolerates it. He's OK there, just hard for him to do all that walking around.
Fifi looked so happy, playing with all the cute dogs and then the best thing ever.. people giving her attention😂😂
She kept running up to the people 🙄 she's so silly. She enjoyed playing with all the dogs, and didn't want to leave.
Beo and Fifi really enjoyed the dog park. So nice to see them running about with other dogs. Beo did really well. 💜💜
Thank you! Yes, the dogs both did great. Fifi wanted to stay longer but Beo can't handle too much.

Fifi was having fun saying hi to everyone. Beo was calm around the other dogs, which is important. As dogs get older, it's good to keep resocializing dogs.
You have big spaces for dog parks 👍 that's great😍
Dogs need other canine friends, but I understand well, if you don't want to go to the dog park with dogs that want to fight.
They could leave the park for a while, so that other calm dogs can run freely.
Or is there another space for them?

Today was a successful visit. We've never had a problem at the dog park. Beo and Fifi both always do great.

Nice to hear this, that they have always managed without any problems with others. Mostly I wrote with the thought or I was thinking about the problem, when you had written about this topic.
