❤❤❤ I LOVE pastry hearts! They're my absolute favorite! I had no idea I could make them at home with some store bought puff pastry! Definitely going to be doing this one soon! Thanks so much for sharing, I always enjoy your videos!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
Hi Geoff, I bet they tasted so good, especially being made with your homemade puff pastry! I’ve made savoury Palmiers before with cheese and ham. Delia Smith’s recipe. They are very good, too! 😊
Hi Geoff!…..I’ve got to say your Palmiers look so impressive, they just look stunning and that crunch! …..that was a brilliant tutorial, to see them being rolled out in detail and just before baking really helped me to know how they should look etc, thank you for that…..I’m going to be binge watching and catching up with all your tutorials over the next few days and I’ve got to say having a look over your thumbnails I’m in for many treats, I’ve a feeling I’m going to be in husband Johns good books thanks to you!…..I really hope you and your family had a lovely Christmas and I look forward to sharing my baking year with you……lots of love - Jan xx❤xx
Hi Jan. Thanks very much. They were so lovely and crunchy, I must say. I hope you enjoy watching the latest videos and then trying some of them out. Christmas was good, even with my cold.
@@geoffsbakingblogHi Geoff, I hope you’re over your cold by now, sorry to hear you suffered with it over the festive season, if only viruses knew it was Christmas!…..John and I are both struggling with the worst chest infections we’ve ever had, awful, John got his 22nd December, me on Boxing Day and we’re still not right as of today - 12th January - They may be small these germs, but they pack a punch! Xx❤xX

That was some crunch there 😂😂
Hi Diane. Oh yes a nice big crunch.
Oh these bring back nice memories of childhood! Thank you for showing these off...
Hi Julie-joy. What a lovely childhood you must've had. I didn't get to enjoy a palmier until I was in my 60s.
Very nice. Mother would make a pie and the leftover pie crust she would put butter then sugar and then cinnamon and bake it. We loved it.
HI Mary. Thanks very much. Oh yes, no need to waste pastry, the scraps will always bake up nicely.
Thank you, your video was the easiest to follow and most informative. 💜
