This one is sublime, and it is fascinating to see his intricate fingerwork (related videos also show his pedalboard and expression shade techniques). Much is said about the wide tonal pallet (or "tonal spread" as Virgil Fox once remarked) of the Wanamaker Organ. Simply put, music like this composition played on this amazing musical instrument speaks to me in an emotional language that is beyond words.

Absolutely wonderful.....takes me back to the first time I heard the organ playing at Macy's after I moved here from Los Angeles....have been thrilled by the concerts ever since, and love to hear you play anywhere, any time, Mr. Conte....thank you all very much for providing this series at this time.
