Carrot halwa recipe | Gajar ka halwa recipe | ಕ್ಯಾರೇಟ್ ಹಲ್ವಾ | Carrot halwa sweet, mouth melting sweet recipes
Carrot halwa or gajjar ka halwa is very famous sweet of North India, but loved by many. The preparation steps are very simple and less time consuming. Required ingredients are carrots, sugar and ghee. Dry fruits and cardamom are added to enhance it's taste. The halwa is served in the bowl with spoon and not in pieces. So it has a soft texture so we can't cut them into pieces. Carrots are very healthy to our body.
Ingredients :
Carrot 🥕 1kg
Sugar 1/2 kg
Ghee 175grms
Cow milk 200 ml
Cardomom
Cashew nuts
