The regular version of the Mini Nightshade is my favorite work knife for liquor store work, and I've used a bunch over the last half dozen years. And I have XXL hands... Just the perfect working geometry. Cheers!

I thought the same, until I bought one.
Can't keep it out of my pocket.
Very useful and comfortable, very well built.
Try the cheaper version and you will buy the premium.
I guarantee it.
