Lots of places to see in Olongapo, if that's how it's spelled, and had a house at Baloy Beach where there was a bar on the beach of Subic Bay owned by a retired Marine Sargent, I think was his rank. Nice place for about $ 70 bucks a month if memories serve me well. 😁 I've been all up and down town in Alongapo so I'll bet I have been in that bar many times but don't recall the names of any of them. Decades have gone by. 🤷♂️🤦♂️🫤

Break out the popcorn we in for a bumpy ride.

I lived in both countries. Thais, in my opinion are far more refined: food, art, history, elegance, never been colonised etc... PH is good fun, has great diving and friendly English speaking people. But Manila is a dump.
My tita lives near UDMC towers. Just renovated their house got to see it all torn down and see the old construction from the 1940s. Now a new 3 level place with observation deck. My cousin got the Idea from me when I built my house in Aurora province.
