“If you have the worst website, the worst theme and it looks like garbage. But it has really useful long content then it’s going to get traffic”. Really interesting perspective. It takes a lot of the pressure off from the technical things involved in the site.

I would start Project 24 in a minute if I were not already waist deep in another niche website training program! I'm happy with it and the direction it's going, but I love the idea of building out multiple sites and creating so many streams of income with the methods that I have seen in your videos!
I am a few months from my intermediate goal and I will be joining you at Project 24!
I'm invested in the other and will likely be sticking around with it and continuing, But less than $400 per year to match my income with your training sound like a blast!

Excellent video with real world results, I can't wait to get started. Years ago I finished my MBA and have never really put it to practice. One thing I can say is I learned how to write to a topic and I can see that all that writing will finally pay off with this program, can't wait to talk to my better half at dinner.

writing is very much like making your first videos on TH-cam, My first 150 videos were dreadful but now I learned the skills to ensure my content is a million times better. Blogging is new to me so a whole new set of skills to learn, Loving the content on your channel guys. Hopefully, in a years time, I can learn to not only earn the money from my site but also learn how to monetise my youtube channel properly and make the last 7 years it took me to build pay for itself. You dont need to buy their course. Information provided by these guys on youtube enough for you to see full picture. Its not complicated process. And most important that everybody wants to know some secret to succeed, but THERE IS NO SECRET !
You pay for the convenience of (a) having it updated regularly and (b) having everything in on place rather than cobbling it together via Google. That's what you pay for, with any course.
Actually YES, there are secrets, everything is a secret until you know it. The moment you learn it, it is secret NO MORE. For you this is NOT a secret because you already learn it and know it.

There is tons of free information all over the internet that people won't take action on because they aren't truly invested.

I've heard people do all sorts of things (press releases, Quora, guest posting, crazy gray hat link building, etc...) but I've never figured out a repeatable process. It's one of the most common questions I see, but I say "6 months isn't that long for a life changing project, so just start today!"

I find that writing is hardest for me at the beginning. So I hire someone to just write the outline or the initial draft for me through upwork. This gets the ball rolling.

As a person who is subscribed to your channel and also Doug Cunnington's channel. It is a bit confusing to see the same guy attribute his success to the KGR method and then come on to your channel and contribute his success to your method. I am a great fan of both your channels and look forward to your videos. But you both follow different paths to get to the same end. It would appear that writing long helpful content (income school) using KGR (Doug) works?? Or am I missing something?
I would combine both strategies, which is obviously what this fellow has done (and is doing). Nothing wrong with that.

Great to see someone doing well for inspiration. My site is one year old and not getting nearly the same results. I am in a competitive niche, and my traffic seems to have stalled to about 130 visitors a day for the last six months. I have 109 long posts with helpful content. About 1/3 are just helpful long info pages. I have recently started a TH-cam channel, and my first videos are ranking and getting about 30 views a day. I am hoping that will help. I have had a $200 day, once. Not sure what I am doing wrong?

I started in October 2017 and only see the fruits of my labour last couple of months. It's still nowhere near $100 per day. More like $200 per month.

Good motivation to just write even if you are not that good. Not that I am horrible but sometimes I can't be bothered writing, might be better to do something bad than nothing at all.

You are doing better than me, and I am pretty happy with my progress lol.
I am making some money yea. This month I doubled my total income over the whole of my earnings so far. I don't want to publicly disclose any numbers but I am happy.
That is from my first site I did with Niche Site School, it was beginner in terms of writing content by their standards.
I have started a new website now, I am more of an expert in that niche subject so that should help with writing really long articles.
Comparing my resource page on the new site to the old site I already see how much better it looks and better it functions.

Not that great to be honest. After writing heaps of articles I left the site. Got a few sales for a while, but I haven't had one for over a month but I did just make 1 sale the past few days.
I can't write any more articles on the niche I'm doing, just bores me.
Not sure if I'm gonna pay for the next hosting bill since what I've earned hasn't even payed for that yet.
Are you filling a need with your articles?
Or are you chasing money, targeting keywords that are already perfectly filled with good articles?
Try and target keywords that you know you can add value to, and aim to add 10x or more value than the most valuable article on that keyword.

I'm a big believer in eating the elephant one bite at a time by breaking things down to small steps. Collectively you will have something amazing and that's what I think you guys help people do. Love it!

At this point it was affiliate marketing. Last week he updated me and said he's getting premium ads on his site now too, so the income will be going up!

A really inspirational story. My doing project 24 and I love the 60 steps. I'm three weeks in and on step 29. A considerable amount of time spent writing, and it is hard when you don't see traffic but seeing others succeed helps with the motivation a lot.

This is very motivational. Having a family, a job and still taking time out to take action on something. The way he talks about how he used analytics for the resources pages shows he has really put effort into what he learned on the go.

Did he mention how he makes money? Is it just ads and affiliate links? Or does he sell a product on his site? I watched most of the video, but didn’t hear him get into any specifics.
He did. This income is 100% from affiliate links, mostly through clickbank. No products on the site and no ads as of this video.
