That was so beautiful and the chant was touching. I've listened to these regularly after the death of my baby daughter in 2015 and sadly lost my dad to that awful virus this month. I find all you videos inspiring and love the humour you bring to your talks. These videos are very supportive.

Abhivādanasīlissa niccaṁ vuddhā pacāyino,
For one in the habit of constantly worshipping respectable elders,
cattāro dhammā vaḍḍhanti āyu, vaṇṇo, sukhaṁ, balaṁ.
four things increase length of life, beauty, happiness, and strength.

They do wear . But they avoid living in countries with harsh winters as it disrupts the meditation
