Ajahn Brahm is really a holy spiritual person. Only a real spiritual person can become a Buddhist monk. You must truely believe, trust n love Buddha , only than one can live such simple life. May you holy monk attain englightenment and May you achieve Nirvana n be with all Buddhas. My great respect for you. A singaporean

Great place, part of the audio for this video isn't entirely accurate though. The nature / bird sounds from 01:03 - 2:30 are overdubbed from somewhere else much further in the bush. Bodhinyana is actually quite close to roads / civilization, ie. it's quiet enough for practice but it isn't perfectly tranquil, you can still easily hear the distant buzz of the Great Southern highway and train line only 2km away.
I think the vinaya rules prohibit the monk from looking at the face of the alms giver at the time of food donation , but here the monk is smiling and talking to the alms giver .
I’ve stayed here for several weeks I would say they obviously know they are being filmed, but thete a few younger monks who need proper training or should disrobe, pretty disappointed in some of their attitudes
I wish I could once take a meditation retreat with Ajahm Brahm, he makes so much good with his talks, the only problem for me is that I'm almost in the antipodes, I live in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, so well I'll keep enjoying his teachings thanks to the internet.SADHU!!!

The truth of the cause of suffering 3. The truth of the end of suffering 4. The truth of the path that frees us from suffering And The eightfold Nobles path (Bát Chánh Đạo) so interesting religion.
