The intro is a bit different if you watch the live version Billy is tapping a harmonic and let's it Ring out while playing the bar chords but I just don't know what that harmonic is been trying to study it and getting no were fast
If you want to do the harmonic, try 11th fret the G string (because it’s 5 frets above the fretted note). But it’s usually either a drum trigger playing a sample or someone off stage
