Although Zero is my favorite character of all the series, this X theme in X4 brings much more a feeling of "ascension" and "maturity" imho, wich makes totally sense with the X ending in this game, and somehow I feel that Breis caption this on the song. Specially in 1:58 I'm always surprised by a thought like: "This mfker is not below Zero anymore, watchout bcs he is coming for u" haha. Btw, this remix was my alarm clock for several years, and still a masterpiece now in 2021. Thank you for this! :)

Maverick Hunter X -- マーベリックハンターX Three problems with x7 1. They introduced 3D which was crap. 2. You need at least 64 reploids to unlock x. He's center on the box cover, the game is called megamanX7 and in every other x game you play as x first(or zero) 3. He's whiney and is a dick.

about MVC Infinite, I wish they add in the sound options (Character Theme Style: Original, Rock, Symphonic, Epic, Cover), and do a contest for the best character theme cover and credit the performers at the character ending in the game.
If you were to look at X's actual schematics (featured in many Megaman X official artwork books, you would realize that there is an ENTIRE JET THRUSTER INSIDE EACH OF HIS LEGS. and the armor around it (the shape we actually see) is covering all the pistons and servos that allow his legs to work like they do. He is a machine, so like most machines, his external design is usually influenced in a small part by the design of the internal components.

I actually liked X4 the most in the gameplay department, what with being able to play the whole game as Zero, the different armor sets for X, and the bosses being pretty fair to fight. However, I will say I like ALL the classic X games for their music. X4 just had a rather underwhelming soundtrack compared to the others. The intro stages are mostly what I remember for X4's music, not a whole lot else stuck out.
