I also had some minor drops in my games, Druid with jailor, Kael'thas (the minion one) denathrius and some more big things (the smaller stuff was mainly the hero power package) - Opening with Kael'thas -> 1-mana-hero-power-minion -> Jailor was a pretty hardcore turn 1
I have come to the realization that I've started saying "You got jailed" in normal conversations, and I fully blame you Rarran, in the best of ways 😂 Love watching your videos dude, always helps improve my day, and I hope to catch you streaming some time, haha!
I played ONE game this Tavern Brawl, Black Rock'n'Roll Warrior. Turn 1, new Legendary spell, turn 2 Lorthemar, turn 3 Trenchstalker lethal for 34 dmg face. It was SO good!
4:47 Also arguably not great builds for this tavern brawl, too high a chance of absolutely whiffing if you have nothing and get overrun on turn 1. But Blackrock winning you that game was definitely worth it I would say. Edit: Oh the Jailer game got me excited, that's peak modern HS if I've ever seen it. 10:14 That one was painful, though.
I went pyroblast face mage. Use big cost spells to hit face and low cost cards for survivability. Always feels nice to objection their big free minion whenever I could.
On 30 wins with hunter atm, you put in a bunch of huge beasts and a couple of Banjosaurs, on top of the usual big minions. And of course Lor'themar for some REALLY big banjo boys. Defense Attorney Nathanos is also fun , Stoneborn General is a really good deathrattle to use him on, especially later on. You can play General for 0, have it die, and use Nathanos for 6 mana. That's a 24 damage rush, with 8 more after Nathanos dies.
And here I was hoping for another well scripted Rarran video delving into the depths of Hearthstone history and game design... And then it was a tavern brawl video
Mana cheating is one of the most fun aspects of Hearthstone - but that mainly goes for non-aggressive and not too strong decks. Big Shaman and Duels Paladin can be so much fun, but you're just dead before doing anything half the time. But they also were a lot more fun before the power creep became so tremendous. When you would go for the 4/8 Rush, Windfury, Lifesteal dude for Shaman, or the 10 mana 6/6 which summons a random drop each turn - whereas nowadays anyone would try to go for Thaddius etc. But the stronger and the more oppressive a deck using it becomes, the less fun it is.
What happens if you Toni into Steamcleaner? Will both decks just get destroyed or will nothing happen at all? I don't play this game anymore and dont have the cards to try it myself, but I'm still curious.
@@Sarriuz_The_tiefling_penguin here's a quick interaction with taunt and immune all cards have to attack taunt if there's one on the board *unless* said taunt has immune if it does have immune , that taunt is disabled
My favorite deck to play right now is the 4 to 6 pyro surprise XD with manastorm. Very slow bad deck but the few times i pulled it off i was having a good time
you know what else costs 0 mana? that subscribe button, which also makes all your opponents concede knowing you are a subscriber to the one and only chaddius.
I just want to say for the perils in paradise people where going crazy when Sean "day9" plott called Rarran "Rarran" hearthstone Blake but here we have the first clue
But I wanted to watch "What happens when hearthstone cards cost 0." God its weird when you notice the whole changed title/thumbnail thing. Nothing wrong with that though, just funky to see before vs after work on a new video.
By today's standards not that crazy anymore. Just play pala and in one turn you could buff a minion from your weapon for let's say+7/+7, play 2 5/5 taunts for 0 mana and buff 2 minions for another +5/+5 and divine shield for again 0 mana just for fun. I wonder why paladin is top on the charts.. has probably nothing to do that with all that 0 mana bs. Druid at least hast to pay 8 mana to play like 3-5 big minions
I think you're making the most amount of missplays possible. I'm starting to think it's by a reason... You just can't make this up. There's no way you're randomly making so many mistakes, I don't believe in it.
Glad to see Rarran giving Yu-Gi-Oh a second chance
Nah it's not Yugioh if you aren't getting denied
oh please, every card would always be 0 if it was yugioh
This is yugi oh
@@Liam-sh6pz *Sparta kicks into Trap Hole
First card each turn costs 0? That's broken!

Classic Rarran, never change man
Having played the Brawl, you need some 1 and 2 drops to weave in after the big free card on turn one and two.

At 8:46 , if you slow to x0.25 speed, you can make out that you have armor displayed for a fraction of a second!
Hawk eyes, damn dude.
I saw that but felt its unimportant.
my comment cost 0 mana

I'm glad I'm not the only one.
10:02 the mirrored "Jailed" got me :D
rarran getting the call that he got jailed is the hardest ive laughed in a good while
8:45 You can see the armor behind the portrait swinging up and down
I'm a new viewer and I've been loving the videos Rarran, thanks :D
Stranglethorn Heart straight into "WAIT ITS CRINGE" sent me into a whole laughing fit.
I still recommend you drop out of that League of Legends Course.

Watching Rarran get jailed was one of the funniest things he's ever done.
>Brawl that allows you to cheat 10 mana a turn
>Fill deck with 1-3 cost spells, minions, and weapons.
Everyone in LoL class: nonexistance because the player base cries at the sight of yasuo
8:46 Look at your armor, it was just a little shy.
Here when the title said "what" instead of "why"

it's not a minion anymore? it's a hero card.
Blackrock'n'roll is even a big tempo loss when its free lul

Why did you concede at 24:31 ?
"ysera the dreamer" gives each dream card
After he conceded you can clearly see one give minion +4/+4

I have no one who plays Hearthstone to tell, but I’m currently on a 12 game win streak with rainbow death knight. Feeling good
damn you changed the tilte and my computer shut down, i think it was 0 mana
It turns into a Yugioh spell
Armor was behind the portrait, when you attacked it showed up. You had 3.
This tavern brawl is just a few steps away from being Yugioh
So the tavern brawl is indiscernible from standard this week?
I played big beasts hunter with the new spell. It was glorious!

Mana cheating is bad IN ANY CARD GAME, IN EXISTENCE

Mana cheat is good. I'd probably quit without it

I'm a f2player. I still have almost every single card used in the video.
Is it supposed to be what kind of mana cheating is bad or why mana cheating is bad title is just a bit confusing without context seems like a mistake
it was suppose to be why, phone autocorrected! thanks for calling it out
