This is a great video and I created the same flow which does everything correctly up until the very end where it's supposed to update the SPO list item. I'm a little late to the party and I'm hearing that the get mail capability has been deprecated by Microsoft. Can anyone confirm this? If it has been deprecated, is there a work-around/different process for doing the same thing?

I have 2 questions - 1) I was able to setup this flow with your tutorial. But my email body is not coming correct. Body content is repeated twice. 2) Please help me to capture email id/name of the person who is clicking on the email action button, this is needed in case of multiple recipients

Can you use Flow to ensure that the addressee has the option of having an existing empty field in the list filled in by replying to the mail or using the same principle as the choice option? So a field that already exists in the list should be filled by the recipient of the mail (upon creating a new list item) without going to SP and just by replying or entering a field in his Outlook. Could that be possible?

Hi Peter, I wonder how to send an email to all users from a list without send duplicates email if a user is taggued to more that one item. (Exemle : Item 1 > user 1, item 2 > user 1) => I need to send an email to item users and in that case user 1 will recieve two separate email. Do you know how to generate only one email to user 1 if he is taggued to 10 item for example ? Thanks in advance. BR, Gaultier

Hi is it possible to get multiple inputs from a user as an action ?

    •  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

I would send the user a link to a form (SharePoint list form or a Microsoft Forms form) and ask for all the inputs that you want in there.
