I love the Ford GTE. The most unique sounding V6 I've ever heard. I went to both Daytona and Sebring and these things were as loud as the pirsche any time they passed by with it. Not to mention, it looks like the car was built around low drag and high downforce with the giant Air ducts built into it and the large splitter, and Rear Wing.
Chris Charizard i disagree. I like these GT's, but nooo way as loud as the Porsches.
It’s not nearly as loud as the Porsches, it’s not possible with turbos vs naturally aspirated
Turbos don't control sound volume at all. If that was the case the McLaren MP4/4 wouldn't be as loud as it was.
Chris Charizard turbos make a car significantly quieter, that’s just how they work. The MP4/4 is not nearly as loud as other F1 cars of the same era, for example the MP4/6. Even 4000 hp twin turbo drag cars are surprisingly quiet.
@@secretsauce5863 that's untrue tho. The loudest Porsche ever made is the 911 RSR from 1974 if I'm right and had a turbo.

Ernesto Castellanos my favorite is BMW because I’m a huge BMW fan, but when it comes to sound, the Porsche is in another world 😊👍. But really I love all GTE and GT3 cars, but those r my favorites 😅😅😅

To be honest it is literally a hybrid of a Rotary Engine, Acura NSX V6 and a Bit of IBT

Caramba, @Ford que sim horrível desse GT, tá parecendo um aspirador de pó, o VW Gol GTI do meu Tio tem um ronco mais bonito. Pelo amor de Deus, volta com os V8. O V8 do mustang atual tem um ronco incrível. Entrando no mérito do vídeo agora, mais um vídeo incrível.
Jajá os Porsche RSR vão virar turbo tbm, antes era pecado pensar num 911 com motor que não fosse central, já tem agora. Só falta o turbo! Competição agora é dominada pelos downsizing. Com as regras atuais do WEC o antigo monstro Viper já foi!
