The gatefold version does exist but it’s not trifold. It’s really awesome looking too ...you open it up and it’s his iconic shoes and socks in the tip toe stance.

Jose Nieves It was very expensive. I bought it on eBay for 260 euros, but I waited so many years for that. If you want "They don't care about us" in uncensored version, you should buy the first print CD, its much cheaper, I think 5 - 20 euros/dollars, it depends on the condition, mostly it has a red barcode on the back
