- Grand Duchess Tatiana Nikolaevna Romanov of Russia was the second daughter of Tsar Nicholas II, the last monarch of Russia, and of Tsarina Alexandra. She was born at Peterhof Palace, near Saint Petersburg.
Tatiana was the younger sister of Grand Duchess Olga and the elder sister of Grand Duchess Maria, Grand Duchess Anastasia, and Tsarevich Alexei. She was considered to be the most beautiful of all her sisters and the most aristocratic in appearance. She was known amongst her siblings as "the governess" for her domineering but also maternal ways. Tatiana was the closest of all the children to her mother (Tsarina Alexandra), often spending many hours reading to her. During World War I, she chaired many charitable committees and (along with her older sister, Grand Duchess Olga) trained to become a nurse. She tended to wounded soldiers on the grounds of Tsarskoye Selo from 1914 to 1917. Her time as a nurse came to an end with her family's arrest in 1917 after the first Russian Revolution.
Her murder by Communist revolutionaries on 17 July 1918 resulted in her canonization as a passion bearer by the Russian Orthodox Church.

A small suggestion - reduce the volume of the background music as it overpowers your lovely voice. You obviously put a lot of thought and hard work into this video. The Grand Duchess Tatiana was my favorite of the family. A true and elegant beauty with a great heart.

Just a heads up, many of the photographs used are of Vladimir Kiknadze, not Dmitri Malama. Dmitri was thin, with a small moustache :) There was no secret romance nor love affair, her diaries make this very clear. Although Alexandra did approve of him!
Hmmm..From what I’ve seen from my research Vladimir kiknadze is the one with the moustache and Dimitri is the one in the pictures,I could be wrong.

Tatiana was still alive on 16th July 1918. She was murdered on 17th July 1918.
Interesting but the music is higher than the voice of narration thus it is hard to understand

Sorry your accent is too thick and the speed that your speaking is too fast. Also background music is way too loud Some of the pictures are also inaccurate
