Looking for a professional downhill bike? We were at Canyon when the Canyon transmitter CFR 2021 was set up for the Australian superstar Troy Brosnan and of course we turned on the camera. The new frame now comes with 29" wheels and is said to be 600g lighter. See all details in the video.

Zwischen den unteren Streben, am Hinterbau, und den Kurbelarmen ist ja auch so gut wie keine Luft. Da bleibt man doch öfter mit dem Schuh hängen. Ist bei dem Stitched schon grenzwertig.
This bike is so optimized for the downhill that good luck pedaling it up hill with the gear selection like that.
I guess it only goes uphill by using a chairlift ;)...

@@wuddi15 I know what you mean and I am also a big fan of torgue wrenches, I just think that this is the case why he doesn't use one
YEP - utter insanity IMHO, as quite simply you CANNOT accurately judge torque without one, as a simple thing like changing your hand position on a wrench by just a bit can alter the torque hugely!

I am the only one who grinded theeths hard when he slipped that Torxs bolt head in the front caliper?? and when he leaves the Dot fluid coated on the levers??? He doesn't use alcohol to clean them ,I hope the paint won't be pealed when Troy go there to pickup the bike :d

Warum wird da so ein Geschiss um das Gewicht gemacht??? Wenn es nicht gerade ein XC mtb ist müssen die Dinger doch nur viel aushalten und funktionieren. Also wenn ich mir anschaue was die am Ende wiegen glaube ich nicht das die dazu gemacht sind schnell geradeaus oder en Berg hoch zu fahren...Manchmal frage ich mich warum Downhillbikes überhaupt noch ne Kurbel haben..

Sehe ich auch so. Aber: würden keine leichten, stabilen,teuren Teile entwickelt, gäbe es für uns normalos im unteren und mittleren Preissegment nichts vernünftiges zu kaufen. Dann gäbe es Räder mit Stahlfelgen und Tretlagern mit Keil. Und auch nicht billig.

They’re pretty good I have them, they’re the codes, the guide brakes suck and any other brake but codes from sram are 👌

It's for all the weight weenies out there to compare the weights of the frames but of the different parts as well.
It's not their usual workflow and only for our channel.
why dual crown fork never use tapered steerer tube?
The dule crown uses the top crown as compression i belive so it dosent need the taper to keep the steere from moveing

Für 2000€? Was darfs noch sein ? Fox Factory Fahrwerk und einen Eagle AXS Antriebsstrang?
PowerrangerHC nur wenn es einen persönlichen Mechaniker dazu gibt. Ansonsten gleich Finger weg.
Ich wollte auch nicht so viel Geld ausgeben und habe mir das Canyon Torque gekauft für 2.300€ schau dir das mal an kann ich nur weiter empfehlen

for me it's just unprofessional to work without a torque wrench. Canyon even supplies a simple torque wrench with the "cheap" bikes when you buy them.

The galaxy theme continues since his early Specialized Demo 8 bikes. Seems he likes it a lot. Although the Canyon Sender isn't comparable to his beautiful Specialized Demo's he was riding. Don't get me wrong but I don't like Canyon as a brand. I don't like anything about it,...
