Jonathan Kenneth Stuef, born in 1988 is not married, and he currently lives in an apartment on Calle Marseilles, San Juan Puerto Rico. He moved there in 2019, way before he allegedly found the treasure. I'm surprised he lives in an apartment since he apparently is wealthy now.

Dude's was a walking, talking contradiction. So he puts his email address in the book, but he expects no one to email him? The poem is simple to figure out, but it will take 900 years to be solved. Not far, but too far to walk. He doesn't strike me as a naive person. If he didn't want people contacting him, why didn't he just remain anonymous himself? I'm starting to believe that this whole thing WAS a gimmick to sell books and to read his previous books. We never did hear about what happened to the "cancer fund."
I think he truly enjoyed the involvement up until the first death. Then it changed the course in ways not expected and coupled with age he didn't have the stamina he once had. Why Dal didn't let us know how Forrest wanted the end to play out is quite the mystery.

Because a certain group known as the Chase Unferground and Kpro and company broke the law and planted GPS tracking devices and listening devices in the home, work office, and vehicle of a certain searcher to steal that intellectual property. What they heard on the recordings mad them privy to something that could make 50 people richer than you could imagine if you knew where that spot was so they had to hatch a plan to keep everyone silent and away from the real solution and location this entire time so they could plunder and steal without anyone interfering. So, the GPS solve was their first attempt which failed. Now its 9 mile hole. And the latest move from the Chase Underground is this recording(it may be real or it may be fake dubbed together), which they hope will trick the solver into keeping quiet so they can steal the unimaginable riches that are likely hidden in fisher and cavern thats at Forrests special spot. It takes a certain type of scum to intentionally deceive the very community they are supposed to be the representatives of. Huli... the clip I played was intact and unedited, except for a one second removal of a searcher's name when they were discussing the emails. Originally, I had included more of the interview, where Dal asks Forrest about the provenance of the items in the chest. Forrest's reply to Dal was somewhat shocking and a surprise to Dal. Forrest mostly didn't care about the items, couldn't remember where he bought many of them (at gun shows, collector's shows etc) and had no emotional or sentimental attachment to most of them. I removed it from the video I published because there was such a sense of sadness and not beneficial to the Chase community, and the legacy of The Fenn Treasure chest. I will reevaluate the entire 40-minute interview and see if I think there's anything more worth making public. They also discussed politics... but who cares!?

In the first article he wrote on Medium, he said he figured it out back in 2018. He said it took him many months to find the exact spot though.

Because a certain group known as the Chase Unferground and Kpro and company broke the law and planted GPS tracking devices and listening devices in the home, work office, and vehicle of a certain searcher to steal that intellectual property. What they heard on the recordings mad them privy to something that could make 50 people richer than you could imagine if you knew where that spot was so they had to hatch a plan to keep everyone silent and away from the real solution and location this entire time so they could plunder and steal without anyone interfering. So, the GPS solve was their first attempt which failed. Now its 9 mile hole. And the latest move from the Chase Underground is this recording(it may be real or it may be fake dubbed together), which they hope will trick the solver into keeping quiet so they can steal the unimaginable riches that are likely hidden in fisher and cavern thats at Forrests special spot. It takes a certain type of scum to intentionally deceive the very community they are supposed to be the representatives of. CYNTHIA KNOWS THE REAL LOCATION AND SHE ISNT TELLING YOU GUYS AND THIS FAKED RECORDING IS AN ATTEMPT TO KEEP A CERTAIN INDIVIDUAL QUIET AND OUT OF THE WAY WHILE SHE AND HER MINIONS PKUNDER AND STEAL.

How hard would it be to melt down the two largest egg-sized nuggets that Forrest says to hold onto for about 15 years before getting rid of? That's a weird statement coming from a man that would cast bronze. I wonder if those were just gold plating on another metal? Things aren't always as they appear.
Because gold in nugget form is more valuable and nuggets that size are super rare. You'd be melting them and losing value, a lot of value.

Huli... the clip I played was intact and unedited, except for a one second removal of a searcher's name when they were discussing the emails. Originally, I had included more of the interview, where Dal asks Forrest about the provenance of the items in the chest. Forrest's reply to Dal was somewhat shocking and a surprise to Dal. Forrest mostly didn't care about the items, couldn't remember where he bought many of them (at gun shows, collector's shows etc) and had no emotional or sentimental attachment to most of them. I removed it from the video I published because there was such a sense of sadness and not beneficial to the Chase community, and the legacy of The Fenn Treasure chest. I will reevaluate the entire 40-minute interview and see if I think there's anything more worth making public. They also discussed politics... but who cares!?

Forrest is also saying yes, no and maybe to every single thing talked about, conveying a message to Dal about Dal's takeover while at the same time keeping any direct command to him off the camera.
