Do I need a new F1 visa stamped, if I chose a different school before entering the US but after getting an F1 stamped at the embassy?

Yes you will need a new visa .. only after entering in US with the university which is stamped on your visa you can get the entry.. you can change the university after getting in US

Yes, check the consulate that you try to appear whether they support Spanish. Usually they have dedicated counters for Spanish with translators.

Hi Madam
I am Indian citizen.
I have a valid Switzerland Business Visa valid until March 2025 (obtained from India) & H4 Dependent US Visa valid until October 2024 (obtained from India).
So can I enter Switzerland from the USA on a Swiss business visa?

you cannot enter Switzerland from USA since these are not neighbouring countries.. you can enter Mexico or Canada from US.. Switzerland you can enter from Air.

Do they do background checks like checking criminal record and etc for people that arrive with esta Or do they only do it to people they find suspicious?

Background checks are performed on everyone regardless. If you apply for an esta your record is already ran when esta is issued but it’s checked every time you seek entry
