I have a flashing yellow light, chair can't find the remote and the remote doesn't work, but the chair buttons still work. All when I started to use the buttons on the chair. How come they don't provide written directions?
I am not so sure there is a design problem with the remotes. The first replacement remote LB sent me has blown up two batteries.. I heard a distinct ‘pop’ and the remote got extremely hot. Then I look and one of the batteries is all gunky like it’s corroded. Strange. It has done this twice now. Reset it today, and it only worked once before losing its ‘memory’ and it now sol. Batteries are good. Calling today to get another replacement. Have you guys had any reported issues like this?
HOPE you can help, bought our Love Seat in 2015, it APPEARS I may need a bearing or the plastic cover OVER the bearing in a ACK 501280102-009-003 Can you tell me HOW to get a Parts Illustration that shows the parts WITH their I.D. & part number where I can figure out WHAT to order?? I can't find anything like that on their site gave a 👍

My grandma had this chair for a year. She passed gave it to me the chair now is stuck with foot rest up it won't go down.
