Recently for my 50th birthday, my loved ones got me that Charvel Pro-Mod So-Cal style-2 24 HH HT in Robin's Egg Blue(same color as the Charvel DK24 HSH in the thumbnail)basically a Super Tele w/reverse headstock of course. They had some crazy deals recently. Sounds gr8 thru my 04 Mesa Single Rectifier 50 watt halfer. Next up, The Solar T-style? Yeah. PS: I like your Zelda shirt.
That PRS S2 Standard Satin you played comes with an overseas version of PRS “LT”(low turn ie low output)pickups.Previously only in the core models I am curious to know if they would “Chug”
For PRS you’re referring to the wide fat profile. Next time you go in ask to play one that is a wide thin profile. I was the same way until I got to play a thin necked PRS and now they’re all I play. The DW sig is supposed to be even thinner if you can find one.
Hej Ola, I've been dying to try a Charvel but I can't seem to find any store that sells them here in Göteborg. At least 50% of all guitars are Ibanez. Is that a thing in general here in Sweden? Swedes just don't like Charvels?
Man, every video I watch of my favorite guitar TH-camrs going into music stores, the more jealous I get of the inventory that the stores in the videos keep. Not once have I ever seen a Flying V, Explorer, Warrior, ML, or Iceman at a guitar store and it bothers me cause I know that won't change due to the locale which is full of older folks who probably hate metal. Imitation vintage Les Pauls and Stratocasters is all you'll see at my guitar store for miles.

I got my 2013 Dean Custom Run Switchblade ML ...in blue quilt Maple.. there. I've gotten a few Guitars there. I don't need a new one. But. I actually have $20. Down on a Ibanez GIO lefty dx .. in case I want the neck for s future build. I build my own 24 fret ML Style Guitars

My favorite to play also. I personally don't feel the need to replace the PRS pickups either. And I usually do swap PUs on guitars.

I bought a sweet Epiphone SG for $100. The pickups were amazing, it sounded way better than my $500 LP at the time.
