If you ever see a Brazilian sport/esport team you know that we literally go to war for the team. Brazilian communities have their own share of unique problems (toxic/disrespectful towards "outsiders" etc) but we support "our" people.

Even though the federal government provided grants to isps that serve rural areas they typically took that money and paid their shareholders instead of building out their infrastructure.
