- Trying the Nulon Grease spray for the first time. The STD 500 gets new Triumph mirrors which look DOPE. This video is about keeping the bike well lubricated especially the moving parts.

tried continental gt for the first time yesterday! Not as fast as you would expect a 500+cc to be, but the feel of the cafe racer is amazing!Hope RE refines the engine cause the bike is great and she deserves a better engine man!

Nice video Raj.. keep on the good work, i have a suggestion to make- You put the grease around the rubber gasket on the shockers, well actually u shouldn't do that cause it will catch dirt and make your shockers seal(that prevents oil in the shockers from coming out) leak.. actually i had the same problem with my electra and found out that the seal is really sensitive to dirt (told by RE mechanic)

Abhishek verma hi buddy you see that cloth in my hand it's to clean the access grease it's better to put a little to keep the tension smoother that's my advise so far never had problems since a decade cheers 🍻
They do look good and stylish. But I am not sure they serve the very purpose of having them in the first place. I am not sure if they make viewing vehicle at the back easy.

Motul also offers same sprays, They have chain Lubricant which starts from 250/Rs I think that'll work as well. Nice Video thou

Since you were covering standard 500 cc in this video i had one query. For last few days i'm trying my best to find brand new 500 cc standard model, but unfortunately i have been told by the dealer here in ahmedabad that bike is not in production anymore as well no dealer has existing stock of the same model. I wanted forest green color but that is stopped 8-10 months back, even black color is hard to find..
So mate if u hv any clue of availability of this model in any mumbai dealer pls do inform me i wld like to buy it. Other state transfer my abad dealer has assured me that he wld do it on my behalf... Pls do let me know mate...Thanks....👍😊

hahah nothing man keep it clean that colour does not require diesel wash, so keep shampoo mode once in month, Indian water is hard so keep the tank and painted parts as dry as possible thats it.
Yup...dry cleaning is preferable or shud i pour some water use neutral car shampoo and then clean with lint free cloth..

i too put a similar mirror which reduced the vibration and gave a good field of vision. but one day police caught me and charged me for removing the stock mirror. they said its considered to be alteration. and its chargable.

Daniel Nova yes feels really good and comfortable the wrap also kind of absorbs the vibration but little bit I liked it also u can wrap it as per your palm grip so it's cool

Coming to my usage my daily travel is 50kms - 65kms with a hell lot of traffic ( I stay in Hyderabad) and would tour or go long once in 2-3 months about 200kms long.
I like to have single seat. And I test drived all of the bikes and feel Himalayan is comfortable and has good pickup and less vibrations but hard very hard in traffic and so please can u help me out soon asap.

I am really confused between classic 350 and thunderbird 350.
I love the looks of classic 350 but the only thing is the sitting position. I have heard that it gives back pain a lot and it doesn't have rear disc brake and fuel gauge otherwise its an awesome motorcycle.
Thunderbird is an awesome motorcycle for its comfort and semi-digital console ... and real disc brake for more safety.
If there is any way to make classic more comfortable bike like thunderbird..... I can go for any modification. what should be done?...If even after modification thunderbird wins for its comfort...then i will take TB for sure.
In short I want looks as well as comfort... but i am not getting both. looks wise it is classic..but in comfort it is TB.
so confused seriously.

Use an O-ring friendly lube like the Motul or 3M lube. You can also use gear oil for lubing the chain. The link for Motul is mentioned in my blog on bike preparation for long rides. 😊

Is it okie to go for a 600 km trip after 1st service on RE 350 ?
batmetal sure you can however make sure your second service comes post ride or if it comes in between stop by at the new city you are and get the second service done

ATHUL pc yes bro. Riding a bullet is as simple as riding any other bike. The only problem is pushing the bike when u r out of fuel or have a flat tire. That is when you really have to struggle with its weight.

No offense mate. But petroleum products damage sealing rubbers. Regular use will lead to seal damage and fork oil leak.
