Ten years down the line this review has aged like fine wine. I remember watching this ten years back when it came out and i was 25 and had a thunderbird TBTS 350. Tomorrow I'm getting a Bullet 500 carb variant, a dream that has been ten years in the pipeline.
That's the thing about this bike. I grew up hating this bike, because deep down I knew the immensely impractical side of it, the low mileage, excessively heavy weight, and slim rear tire, and also the old technology of the engine, etc....I thought it was complete madness... Until I rode one. I don't mind that it is not as fuel efficient as a bajaj, i don't care if it not as vibe-free as a honda, and I definitely don't care if it is not as agile or remotely as fast as a KTM. None of that matters at all. It's all about the charm. Now I get the idea behind this bike, now I see the method behind the madness!!
I have watched this video in 2014 for almost 2 months continuously as I was waiting for my Bullet 500 to come and after 8 years today i have watched it again. It has taken me back to 2014. One of the best review so far I have seen. I still own a Bullet 500 and I know how it feels to ride one
This review from sergeant is the sheer reason why I own a bullet 500 now. I am a proud owner of it and will always respect the bike , road and people around. Thank you sergeant and powerdrift.
Sadly RE has discontinued this beautiful gem especially the Forest Green colour variant! I wanted to buy this, but can't anymore! PowerDrift if you see this, please make a tribute video and kindly let us know if it will be re-launched with a different engine (eg. 650 etc) by interviewing RE. Thank You :)
The 500 is gone. It’s the J series engine that’s ruling the Indian roads now. But here I’m once again watching this nostalgic video by PD, in the middle of 2024. I’ll come back again soon to relive the feelings… May the standard 500 come back someday ❤
After watching this video, I bought a RE Std 500 in 2016. I think PowerDrift and similar teams should make more content that connects with the audience like this. Watching this video again in 2024 is just a nostalgic feeling. Waiting for RE std 650
Ive seen bikes that cost more than I could afford even if I spend my life time savings, bikes that try hard to be the most perfect there is. Yet all I saw was that small change in the bike's design that could have made it perfect, just a little bit. Then I rode the bullet and suddenly I don't care anymore. There are so many things about this bike that could be better but something in me keeps asking "You're buying this, aren't you?", and I cant take this bike off my head since. Ive never actually gotten attached to a bike like this, and I honestly don't know why I even like this bike but it has cast a shadow on all my previous "dream bikes". I don't really care anymore, I just want this!
That means a lot Christen. May we interest you in another Royal Enfield motorcycle? th-cam.com/video/Aod9AcExx1Q/w-d-xo.html&lc=z12ucpnhll3axtwzi04cfb44uyymfv1o3og0k

Believe me, I have watched this video more than a 100 times n u guys r 1 reason y I bought this beast :) And the way you guys present reviews & interact with users makes it pretty clear u r d best in India!!! Thank u PD..Keep up the good work
I have seen a numerous reviews. But your videography is fantabulous. It made me feel that i was present in the environment. And it did excite me to level, that i ended up being emotional. *respect* for the entire team and people associated with this video.
This particular review is not a review, i think its a tribute to the bike. Because Royal Enfield fans don't watch reviews and decide, they just buy it. I am a bullet 500 owner and despite all of its flaws , this bike is addictive. Recently I took a test ride of interceptor 650 and within 1 min of riding it...I felt like ... its no where close to the feeling of riding a bullet 500, it doesn't have thump..sounds more like a sports bike. Great job Powerdrift.... just like bullet, this video is addictive too... Great Job.
Its funny how people talk about pulsars and ktm's and compare it with the legend. The ones who own it understands .. A bullet is a Bullet. No comparison eva..
PowerDrift hahaha love your reviews guys, umpteen no. of times i have applauded and cherished your reviews, keep it up, you have taken reviews to a whole new level.kudos
First time I watched this was in the year 2014. Downloaded the video on a 2g data pack and would watch this thinking that I will ride this machine one day. I still watch this video..to this fucking day... Thank you for everything! ❤
I use to watch this when i was just a dreamer. I still watch this when my dream came true in 2020❤. I don’t know how much I have to watch this. But I am sure it will still give me goosebumps
The first time I watched this video I decided to by RE 500 despite all its flaws and complaints, years later its still the best decision I've ever made.
Internationally a lot of people begin riding on 250cc's, but given our road conditions and the traffic sense, it would be better if you got your basics right on a smaller machine. :)
@@aman-qc7qp please consult a good mechanic when buying used vehicle ..... and as for me the motorcycle is great the only thing damaged the motorcycle was after sales poor service and negligence by RE mechanics ..... the self starter sprag clutch assembly got defunct twice so I removed it altogether now using kickstart only ...... during initial run in period ....the service centre guys handed me my bullet without any oil in it which I discovered later and that damage gradually led to changing of cylinder kit and piston with crank bearing .... Many times I got frustrated but only due to damage done by RE service centre mechanics . Now ...... after getting my bullet serviced from outside mechanic it is smooth , the power is good .... the thump is pleasant and bassy in the bs3 stock silencer and people often complim3nt me . ... parts wise the bullet 500 parts are costlier as compared to 350 variants therefore I buy parts directly from wholesellers ...brands like UNO MINDA for switches and lights etc and for rear suspension I bought it directly from ENDURANCE brand supplier it saved me money .... apart from this it is easy to operate just keep your maintainance up to date .
I was searching for the powerdrift review of KTM RC 390 but then I wanted to search about the bike I have right now,1986 model Royal Enfield which my father used to ride and after seeing this video,I am speechless.I ponder why a man like me whom my girl friends refer as stone hearted felt like crying seeing this video. Of course,I may or may not buy the KTM but no matter what,I am not gonna sell my Royal Enfield because as you guys said,it's not a bike.It a part of me or maybe I am a part of it.
It is 2023 and it's been 10 years since this video is uploaded, but the video seems like it is out recently. I have seen other motorcycle reviews from 2013 and they seem so old. Hats off to the team PD. You are very much ahead of your competitors from the beginning.
Old is gold.. i have searched and watched many of the reviews bt this is really really really heart touching for an enthusiast. Whenever a bullet at a road side or passed by me my head always turn arround to see her. No matter how much times i have look at that beauty i just cant get satisfied. One thing i decided in my life is i will definitely buy this mean machine instead of other plastics. Hats off powedrift
Agreed. The Cast Iron engine was the match made in heaven for the Bullet for that time. 😁 I'm Keeping the Cast Iron Tradition Alive with my grandpa's 1962 standard 350, odometer being rolled over twice in miles! 😎
The thing i like the most about your reviews is the fact that you don't just serve a good meal, but also make it look so appealing. The info combined with such beautiful shots & editing....you guys stand out! A double thumbs up!
wow....stunning video, dunno how i missed this one!...btw is that passing by Bullet @6:56 a pre-planned stuff? :P and man how to reach that wonderful location(120/15 on pole) where a WDP-4 hauled train emerged out of the tunnel @1:23, somehwere near Monkey Hill, Khandala tunnel?
Being a technician I have ridden all Enfields, Standard 500 Bs4 with Fi and Abs is my best choice( since I love cruising between 70 - 95 kmph) . People who owns this will agree, others can't imagine how good this feels.
I am just getting to 18 and like all boys..... I want to buy a motorcycle.. the first option for me was classic 350... but it does not impress me though.. my thoughts went to pulsar 220f , karizma zmr, 2014 and goes on... But The moment I saw this video, I choose to become a Man and go for The BULL........... B|
Epic music, epic video ever.........masterpiece video... even though a guy who dosent love bullet 500 will fall in love with it after seeing this video....
Well, atleast they could've got back the cast iron engine on this beauty. I myself ride a 1984 Bullet 350 with no modifications whatsoever. I would've got one for my dad as well as he's passed on his bike to me. :)
Hey Sagar, it's been eighteen months since I bought that bullet because of your review. It changed my life. Today when I watched this video again, I got goosebumps....
I love watching this video again ....again ....again ....again. Even though I own Classic 500 I respect Bullet 500 from the bottom of my heart. All thanks to your review video. I guess I am watching this video since 2013 and till date I get goose bumps while watching this video. Thanks alot for this video....you guys are awesome. :-)
The 'old bullet' fans wax eloquent with hyperbole like 'Built like a gun' and so on. Now come one, we all know that it broke a oil seal now and then and splashed oil all over your pants. Built like a gun is apt in one way. The suspension. It had the recoil of a gun when the road was pot holed. You could feel your bones rattling. I have not driven the new bullet except the old ones so no comments about the new bullets suspension. When it comes to looks the new bullets are eons ahead way better than the old bullets. The 'old bullets' now look like agricultural machinery. One aspect many bullet fans have misconception about is the sound; the properly tuned 'old bullets' do not thump They just whisper by. You don't hear the thump you just feel it with your body. The new bullets are making a cacophony of mechanical noise an aspect which the company should address. The old bullet had its merits but was outweighed by its pit falls. The new bullets are the way to go. POWERDRIFT great presentation!
This review. OMG. You can't get any better than this. 2018 and still coming back to it again and again. "The audience this bike caters to, doesn't care about improvement and upgrades" You got my attention thr.
Goosebumps. This motorcycle won't get a better review than this, period. Truly exceptional. I wish you would do a review of the old Cast Iron engine bullet standard 350, as a tribute to the legend. After all, that is the REAL thing. Considering your work, I think only you people got the skill to do it. Only u DESERVE to do it.
Dear Royal Enfield, to be honest after seeing this video I decided to go for the Bullet 500, that's a job well done. I am pretty old school and like it that way. Been using Royal Enfield from '99 used most of your models but I got to tell you this is the best hazzle free model from Royal Enfield till date. All the talks about thump, fearless, characters related with the bike is all myth.I am not too happy with the quality of a very rare metal you have used (SS). In 2 months time the head light doom ring got rusted at the point where there is no chance of Water stagnation. I have done close to 50k till date. Somewhere around 42k the Speedo stopped working and refused to move further. Last week I washed her and was doing polishing when I noticed petrol was leaking from the tank. Took it to the garage (A very famous Garage in Chennai and a friend of mine with whom I have shared a journey of about 18 years) and realised the entire tank is rusted and has to be thrown away. The guage they have used I think it's slightly thinner than the papad not sure though. I have changed the rear brake shoes only twice in this 50k because it never works. One thing you have retained as a tradition. A fact is no one can give this bike at this price but come on lot of youngsters are looking up at this bike and don't get yourself ruined at this moment. You are not going to gain anything by using cheap quality screws, reducing the fuel tank gauge, If some one has talked you into marketing and how to make quick money then I guess you are in the wrong company. Royal Enfield "Made like a gun" make sure the bullet leaves the chamber everytime.Cheers PS: My intentions are not to scare new enthusiasts but to improve and sustain the quality to live for even more few centuries.
I am watching this video only now and can say, its one of the best reviews. If you watch all those international reviews , they all say the same, can't be judged with modern parameters and whoever ride the bullet 500 first time, they like it, they like the classic style( original classic), they talk about the people responses during the ride and on and on. I may put this video as a reference for few international bike reviewers.
Loved the way you guys presented this machine. I have a sort of request. If you search for Indian reviews of the classic 350/500 ,you don't find many. It is no doubt the highest selling bike in the RE range. Many people most probably search for it but give up. I literally request/beg you to do a review of the classic 500 the PD way.( I know it's an old bike but fans would love it anyway and it would complete your RE review collection.)
Living with two Bulls, My bro's Machismo 500 LB and my 1982 Standard 350, i know what it feels like to own/ride one..the feeling is way beyond expressions..This particular vid gave me goosebumps! Powerdrift has undoubtedly taken Indian motoring journalism to a whole new level...Keep them coming... Happy Revving! :)
Damn! You guys gave me goosebumps in this review. Great review again 👏, already feeling the nostalgia 😍 Can we have a review of the new Classic 350 paleeej Sergeant 😄
on seeing this video i was glued to the screen , it pushed me hard to get my bull ASAP... PowerDrift you guys really put your hearts out in making these videos , and guys changing your silencer to a short bottle one would help you get the feel of old bullet....happy thumper
hello sir i love ktm rc 390 and bullet crome500 bt which one is better option to by i love to go in long tour and also love high speed so i am little bt confuse can u help me out plzzz
Hi @Kunal and @Bhaskar.. Well this is quiet a decision. Absolutely depends on your need and love. Need for comfort and love for riding and speed. If you are a speed lover then only RC390 is the answer but you have to compromise with the comfort as you have to lean on the bike and the sitting posture will be tiring on long rides. If you want a bike which will serve all other purposes except speed like comfort, Power, Style, Thumpy engine, Attention, Performance, mileage, cruising etc then RE BUllet is the answer.. I recently took a test ride for Himalayan.. Man that bike is something. You must try if you are a Bike lover. Your thinking about RE will change. The best bike for touring in India. Budget + Performance + Comfort and everything. Hope this helps. Good luck!! Ride Safe! :)

Speed and comfort at the same time... go for 2nd generation duke390 instead of rc390... even if u get slightly more mileage on the 500 it will burn a hole in your purse once every 2500km... the service interval in ktm is 7500km... so better go with KTM
Duke 390 is good.. considering that it has dual channel ABS and disk brakes...But for touring I would suggest Dominar...it would be a suicide if you go with RE
These Legends will stay forever, but in my childhood days what bullet meant was a bike that thumped at the loudest......the vintage looks, royal feeling are all present except from the thump...However, kudos to you Powerdrift....for your excellent effort..This particular brand injected the love for bikes that I will continue to possess till my last day!!!
I have seen this bike since I was a infant, my MAMA (mothers brother) had one... he used to make me sit on the tank... and rest over the throttle in my hand and his hand above mine.. that amazing feeling with the fields surrounding the road from either side was just amazing.... thank you sooo much powerdrift.. for this video and the whole channel.. this is not just a channel but a home for us enthusiasts.. thank you
This is more like a fan video than an actual review. I wish this model would come with the EFI and alloy wheels. Or, I wish RE would offer the Classic model with these comfortable seats. Other than the comfortable seats (esp pillion), I see no reason to go for this over the Classic 500. Things like "thump" etc are overrated.
if u hav really done the comparison u wud not hav said this. The fuel injection Classic 500 has a lot of complaints(which is sold in india). This works in the same old carburettor mechanism(dey say which can be fixed even in the middle of a desert). Definitely de classic 500 has the looks but de std 500 is more reliable dude..especially when U go for a trip "THUMPs UP" :D
The best reviewing channel on earth.......I've seen reviews from almost all countries from top notched to amateur......super cool cinematography and gives a high standard review.....beauty with brain....EPIC
I love RE and have owned it for a while now. I agree the cult and everything about it however I strongly feel that RE is trying to simply rape us on those terms. I can give many points but I guess it will just fuel up a war here. 1. Expensive and stupid long waiting period. 2. Poor quality finish for instance handle showing signs of shine wear off and rust in less than a year. Terrible quality of glass used for head light, horrible stock battery overall the whole bike now feels like a result of cutting corners (because of poor payment to sku makers I guess) 3. This thing has now become like the remains of East India company leaching on our enthusiasm and draining our hard earned money to queen. 4. Terrible pricing and fundamental for spares for instance the tail Light shroud is 619 rs will not come with its rubber lining that's another 9 bucks. It's not the 9 bucks that hurt it's more about paying that kind of price and yet being given terrible quality. The so called break shoe kit does not come with springs and other required parts. WTF is it called a KIT for. 5. Poor treatment at service center and delay in returning vehicle. I have at times waited for almost a week to get a simple servicing done. They charge extra 70 bucks for replacing spark plug (excluding cost of spark plug off course), it seems general servicing does not cover it. I could have done it myself. They just find reasons to bill you. If you want to bill people like they have luxury product 1st try and make 1 RE. I seriously miss the 70s quality and this is marking end of an RE fan. Listed my vehicle on olx.
The waiting periods are mostly because of the exporting that the company is doing and just have a look at the prices of Bullet in the UK! its like day light robbery! No wonder they are making people here wait, looking at the costs that people are ready to pay there. I am sure the European crowd doesn't have to wait for this machine, that's if any one is willing to pick it up there.
I am here watching this video in lockdown 2020 don't know how many hundredth of time. I have a Bullet. And that's out of the world feeling to own that legend.
The bikes that you have mentioned are all excellent corner carvers! A good starter bike in India is an urban legend. Everything will bless you with some, and spoil you for some. Buy a machine that you can relate too. That way you will always be happy of what it has to teach you..:)
The opening sequence of the video, the powerful music and the bullet in all it's glory.. that gave me goosebumps!! The day I get my Bullet 500 is gonna be the greatest day of my life. :')
you are great guys, u said no opposites about RE, like the beam guys. I am pride of RE AND POWERDRIFT.YOU MADE THE PEOPLE TO SHOW MORE LOVE ON ROYAL ENFIELD LEGENDS.
Thanks Power Drift for bringing the actual feel of Royal Enfield bikes. I don't own a Bullet, but I got a very attention demanding baby thunderGirl. And believe me, it's been 4 years now in the relationship with my bike,,, I still try to find a reason to ride it again and again everyday. RE is a love story to it's owners. At least that's what I think. And it's eternal.
4yrs later..!! This video still gives me goosebumbs like never before..!! The background score too..!!! A proud new member of the cult..!! Std 500 is the best..!!!
+KINGMJ1990 When you find your baby needs a mechanic, you don't want one that's free.......you want one with a soul that loves your bike as much as you..........
+724tomjohnston People like you have brainwashed yourself into some kind of experience that every marketer desires to create..but it doesn't exist in reality. My simple point is the bike needs no review because there are no parameters to judge it at all. It doesn't stand a chance against any bike in any way. If you like a black and white tv..one doesn't need to review it just because it is popular and has a cult following.
Powerdrift team has defined a new way of giving a review so beautifully along with ruggedness, which i think is impossible to imitate and copy. They have defined a new standard in video reviews. Its just magic that they create !!...Keep it up team...Cheers..Keep rolling...
With all due respect And i also think Kick starting a Bike shouldn't be an Art!! Mr - Siddarth. So you are paying a Lakh and half for the thump?!! Seriously? Mr Chinmay
Abhishek Singh Rautela Abhishek i didnt comment on the video to fight with RE fans nor do i want to insult anyone here. The whole point is that RE fans try to churn out some kind of philosophy of their own and try to make it sound profound and deep about doing simple things and i am probably just as old as you are and my first bike wasn't a Pulsar and nor do i belong to the group that embraced the pulsar. My first geared vehicle was a 1970's Vespa so please don't assume things.
I agree with you people are such fanatics, its just a motorcycle and people attribute non sense like "its an art" and stuff and they say modern bullets have no thump ? Atleast the modern one's dont have fuel leaks...thump is not only what makes a royal enfield I really can't believe such idiots still exist and buy it just because of the thump...haha
I myself own RE classic and know what it means for an enthusiast. I have seen many reviews earlier but this very particular review had that real magic and charm of showing a bullet. The test rider Sagar was so attached with bike that the charm and happiness was visible in his eyes too... All in one Great Review. Expecting more from you guys!
7 years gone by... And I still watch this video... The bike and the way the video has been shot raises the hairs on your neck... Kudos PowerDrift... 👍
Hey, thank you Rahul!
We hope you watch our newer videos too!
I still watch it today, reason why I got myself a bullet 500 ❤️

No one in the world would have done a better review on this bike like the yu guys did.

Its 2021. But still this review is a gem. Thanks a lot PD.
I got mine this Saturday. Still not able to believe, though, that I now own the Bullet 500!
Awesome. Congratulations! Ride safe :D
PowerDrift ha...ha..i think you are not allowed to use the term safety with bullet
The 500 is gone. It’s the J series engine that’s ruling the Indian roads now.
But here I’m once again watching this nostalgic video by PD, in the middle of 2024. I’ll come back again soon to relive the feelings…
May the standard 500 come back someday ❤
Well we love our machines and so want to show it in a manner it truly deserves!
Damn that slow-mo shot with that music at 5:52. Whenever I feel nostalgic, there are always a handful of old PD videos lending a helping hand.!
After watching this video, I bought a RE Std 500 in 2016. I think PowerDrift and similar teams should make more content that connects with the audience like this.
Watching this video again in 2024 is just a nostalgic feeling.
Waiting for RE std 650

yup... that's right... it cannot be compared...not even with a m80...lol..
First time I watched this was in the year 2014. Downloaded the video on a 2g data pack and would watch this thinking that I will ride this machine one day.
I still watch this video..to this fucking day...
Thank you for everything! ❤
9 yrs old still this video never gets old and in here legend has been perfectly reviewed ❤️
I use to watch this when i was just a dreamer. I still watch this when my dream came true in 2020❤. I don’t know how much I have to watch this. But I am sure it will still give me goosebumps
Congrats Bro 🎉
The first time I watched this video I decided to by RE 500 despite all its flaws and complaints, years later its still the best decision I've ever made.
How is the sound?
How is your bike now.. Any engine problem??
Internationally a lot of people begin riding on 250cc's, but given our road conditions and the traffic sense, it would be better if you got your basics right on a smaller machine. :)
Is anyone here in 2019?
2020 bro 😂😂
@@siddharthkoppala6273 now bought one 😅
2020😅
2020 here.
2020 December
It's a ritual to visit this video once in a while .... Bought the carb version 500 standard back in 2014 ... ❤
Bro how did it go? I am buying a 2011 model it has 18000 km on it? Any suggestions
CrazyJithin We are overwhelmed to hear your story. Thanks a ton for sharing it. :)
Never ever sell it bro. You won't get another again.
+PowerDrift bhai I am salute to you you are great thanks for this video bullet 500 how many price this is right bullet yes ya no reply haa Bhai
Watching this is 2022.. watched this when you rolled out this video.. power drift have come a long way... Love your video guys ..
The punch dialogue of this video comes at 3:23.. Now how many of you guys agree with me..
sreejith nair perfect.....bro
The short intro (0:53 - 2:18) was simply epic, it literally gave me GOOSEBUMPS! great job guys, a well put review of the RE B500.
Hey thanks comrade for the kind words! We really appreciate it! :D
Bought a Bullet 500! The bike has a soul! Thanks PD for the amazing review as always.
It is 2023 and it's been 10 years since this video is uploaded, but the video seems like it is out recently. I have seen other motorcycle reviews from 2013 and they seem so old. Hats off to the team PD. You are very much ahead of your competitors from the beginning.
Content is awesome no doubt....but i strongly suggest u guys should market ur channel at a greater extent....u deserve extra attention :)
+TUSHAR DOLAS We are doing it already and with the support of the #PDArmy, 2016 seems to be a good year :)
25 - 08 - 2020...12.40PM
Will come back 10 years after to see this video about the legend again
Old is gold.. i have searched and watched many of the reviews bt this is really really really heart touching for an enthusiast. Whenever a bullet at a road side or passed by me my head always turn arround to see her. No matter how much times i have look at that beauty i just cant get satisfied.
One thing i decided in my life is i will definitely buy this mean machine instead of other plastics. Hats off powedrift
***** yeh i will earn this bike very soon.... thanx 4 appreciation
Agreed. The Cast Iron engine was the match made in heaven for the Bullet for that time. 😁 I'm Keeping the Cast Iron Tradition Alive with my grandpa's 1962 standard 350, odometer being rolled over twice in miles! 😎
You powerdrifters are the best reviewers. Great video and the most amazing music . Love it!!!
+Ujjawal Kashyap Koyna/Udyan/CBE ;)
Being a technician I have ridden all Enfields, Standard 500 Bs4 with Fi and Abs is my best choice( since I love cruising between 70 - 95 kmph) . People who owns this will agree, others can't imagine how good this feels.
I am just getting to 18 and like all boys..... I want to buy a motorcycle.. the first option for me was classic 350... but it does not impress me though.. my thoughts went to pulsar 220f , karizma zmr, 2014 and goes on... But The moment I saw this video, I choose to become a Man and go for The BULL........... B|
@Anant Bhagwant 😂😂
That's the beauty of the Bullet. It can be passed on for generations and it'll still run beautifully 😁
Hey Sagar, it's been eighteen months since I bought that bullet because of your review. It changed my life. Today when I watched this video again, I got goosebumps....
Aye! Do let us know of your experiences with the bike Shivam.
Thank you for writing in Gaurav. Means a lot!
True
M back here again....06-01-2023 n will be back again ....Till then ride hard ride save.... love you all!
Ram Mohan G bhak chutye old bullet is best
This review. OMG. You can't get any better than this. 2018 and still coming back to it again and again. "The audience this bike caters to, doesn't care about improvement and upgrades" You got my attention thr.
Still watching it, also i have a 2015 bs3 standard 500.
I never get bored by watching Ur reviews again and again and again😍😍😍😘😘😘😘
Royal Enfield "Made like a gun" make sure the bullet leaves the chamber everytime.Cheers
PS: My intentions are not to scare new enthusiasts but to improve and sustain the quality to live for even more few centuries.
You should give the credit to the song /music album. - West One thunder Dawn.
Too bad and sad PD didn't mention it in the description.
Akshat Ramendra We shall try our best to get it done. :)
PowerDrift You guys just said it for the sake of it. It was a genuine request .
PowerDrift you guys really put your hearts out in making these videos , and guys changing your silencer to a short bottle one would help you get the feel of old bullet....happy thumper
hello sir i love ktm rc 390 and bullet crome500 bt which one is better option to by
i love to go in long tour and also love high speed so i am little bt confuse can u help me out plzzz

Could you guys please make a video on BULLET 350 STD LATESTAND show its details such as crankshaft weight etc
10 years have passed.. review is still at par with the reviews we have today.. ❤
Great work guys! I really like what you guys did. Thank you for not reviewing this as any ordinary bike.
From a true RE fan.
Well Done!
Thank you for your appreciation.
Do remember to share this ahead with your Royal Enfield fraternity :)
I have seen this bike since I was a infant, my MAMA (mothers brother) had one... he used to make me sit on the tank... and rest over the throttle in my hand and his hand above mine.. that amazing feeling with the fields surrounding the road from either side was just amazing.... thank you sooo much powerdrift.. for this video and the whole channel.. this is not just a channel but a home for us enthusiasts.. thank you
A story of a motorhead beginning his journey is always fascinating! Everyone has something unique to tell!
We are glad to have you onboard, Sunny!
thank you powerdrift
damn the intro sent chills up my spine
Thank you! Hope you have subscribed!~
Definitely de classic 500 has the looks but de std 500 is more reliable dude..especially when U go for a trip
"THUMPs UP" :D
The best reviewing channel on earth.......I've seen reviews from almost all countries from top notched to amateur......super cool cinematography and gives a high standard review.....beauty with brain....EPIC
I love RE and have owned it for a while now. I agree the cult and everything about it however I strongly feel that RE is trying to simply rape us on those terms. I can give many points but I guess it will just fuel up a war here.
1. Expensive and stupid long waiting period.
2. Poor quality finish for instance handle showing signs of shine wear off and rust in less than a year. Terrible quality of glass used for head light, horrible stock battery overall the whole bike now feels like a result of cutting corners (because of poor payment to sku makers I guess)
"If you want to bill people like they have luxury product 1st try and make 1 RE."
Thumbs up to you bro!
The waiting periods are mostly because of the exporting that the company is doing and just have a look at the prices of Bullet in the UK! its like day light robbery! No wonder they are making people here wait, looking at the costs that people are ready to pay there. I am sure the European crowd doesn't have to wait for this machine, that's if any one is willing to pick it up there.
aravind t.c I am totally agree with all your points........ But still........BULLET is BULLET ......
true
true, they are cheating with customers
I have a bullet 2009, having it since i was 16 years old. i think way that old engine build and sound i still love it more than any bike.............
Lovely! Nothing motivates more to go for the RE 500!
:D So, are you going for it then?
Definitely! Upgrading from 350 CC Machismo to 500 CC Standard. Thanks for the added thump. :)
LOL :-D Bullet 500 (UCE) is LEGEND :P The Legend doesn't need button-start or disk-brakes...
There's is just ONE Legend; Bullet 350 (CI). Period.
i am fan of RE and i like this review
MUSIC, EDITING, DIRECTION, thumbs up to the whole crew on the making, and love for R.E. keep up.
watching the video around 50th time.Love it
kashish katyal Whooaaa, no wonder our views seem to roll pretty fast here. :D
I am here watching this video in lockdown 2020 don't know how many hundredth of time. I have a Bullet. And that's out of the world feeling to own that legend.
make a video on machismo 500
The bikes that you have mentioned are all excellent corner carvers! A good starter bike in India is an urban legend. Everything will bless you with some, and spoil you for some. Buy a machine that you can relate too. That way you will always be happy of what it has to teach you..:)
2019 watched again and again and again....
The opening sequence of the video, the powerful music and the bullet in all it's glory.. that gave me goosebumps!!
The day I get my Bullet 500 is gonna be the greatest day of my life. :')
Plz review Enfield classic 500
Maanvdeep Singh We shall try!
I might have seen this video more that 100 times. But everytime i see this i still get goosebumps and a smile on my face.. Superb work with video. :)
watched 77th times since counting.
Woah woah, someone's in love with the Bullet 500!
PowerDrift for sure. in relationship with std500. ;)
you are great guys, u said no opposites about RE, like the beam guys. I am pride of RE AND POWERDRIFT.YOU MADE THE PEOPLE TO SHOW MORE LOVE ON ROYAL ENFIELD LEGENDS.
can you please make a review of classic 500
Thanks Power Drift for bringing the actual feel of Royal Enfield bikes. I don't own a Bullet, but I got a very attention demanding baby thunderGirl. And believe me, it's been 4 years now in the relationship with my bike,,, I still try to find a reason to ride it again and again everyday.
RE is a love story to it's owners. At least that's what I think. And it's eternal.
1:25 Suarez ;)
4yrs later..!! This video still gives me goosebumbs like never before..!! The background score too..!!! A proud new member of the cult..!! Std 500 is the best..!!!
Woot Woot! #PDArmy say Aye if you're watching this in 2017.
I have lost count to be frank...!!!!!
Why are you even reviewing a bullet? This thing has no technological improvements since the 50s.
Techno' is NOT why we buy RE's..........
+Aditya Bhat lol...Do they give a mechanic for free with this White Elephant?
Seriously? Mr Chinmay
I tried not to thrash your comment but brother the electric start pulsar generation wont understand the "art" kick starting a bullet.
We arent fighting man, its all peace. Just trying to tell you that you dont understand the romance. thats it.
These guys just suck Royal Enfileds genitals, these guys just posted the biggest kiss ass moronic review. Please dont review anymore idiots.
Yeh video bullet ki tarah hi hain....jitte baar dekho never gets old....thankyou powerdrift for this video
Thank you Pranshul! Don't forget to share it as well!
Shivinder Singh vehlad, check this !!
Yes, it is a nice bike. But the engine is UCE. If we ignore that, everything is awesome in this bike.
Shivinder Singh bro.. wat is UCE ...plz explain.
Shivinder Singh Torque on the engine is mind blowing dude , you need a test ride on this Beast ;)
lalit nagrath and Arrik Khanna and Rohit Komal lets go for a test ride sometime?
When
I myself own RE classic and know what it means for an enthusiast.
I have seen many reviews earlier but this very particular review had that real magic and charm of showing a bullet.
The test rider Sagar was so attached with bike that the charm and happiness was visible in his eyes too... All in one Great Review. Expecting more from you guys!
