      댄정님 저도 댄정님과 같은 하체 몰빵 스타일입니다. 남들과 하체가 2배 차이 난다고 하실 때 공감했습니다. 저는 현재 플란체 한 번 해보고 싶어서 93킬로에서 87까지뺐고 80까지 뺄 생각입니다. 신체조건은 183에 87킬로입니다.
      혹시 지금 신체조건으로 풀플란체까지 얼마나 걸릴까요 댄정님은 얼마나 걸리셨는지도 궁금합니다
      우리와 같은 하체 몰빵형은 댄정님정도의 상체를 갖지 않으면 안되는걸까요ㄷㄷ

      @@DanJeongg I got you, having huge legs is a cursed when training for high leveled skills, I have the same goal here but unlike you I have a bit skinny legs I train legs for hypertrophy once a week just to balance my Physique is that gonna hinder my progress??

    사실 생각해보면 당연한게 원래 맨몸운동, 기계체조자체가 상체로 몸전체를 컨트롤하는걸 배우는 운동이기때문에 하체가 과하게 발달하면 퍼포먼스향상하는데 방해될수있음.
    그래서 웨이트랑 맨몸을 병행해서 퍼포먼스를 향상하는게 어느정도 선까지는 가능하지만
    진짜 최상급으로가면 같이 올라가는건 불가능에가까움.
    하체가 타고나신것도있으니 그런의미에서 댄정님은 잘하고계신거임.

      Dan Jeong Conditioning Subscribed to your channel too. I think we have a similar training philosophy. Most of my training is calisthenics and gymnastics-based along with two free weights sessions a week. I do barbell squats once a week but keep the volume low, as bulky legs would mess up my leverage for lever work.

    댄정님 다리 모빌리티 훈련중 첫번째 훈련 할 때 허리가 그렇게 말려도 되는건가요? 보통 데드리프트 할 때 트레이너들이 허리 말린 상태로 데드리프트 하면 허리 나간다고 하시더라구요 무게도 상당해 보이는데..

    I got injured my waist a month ago when I do squat. I heard it is from my weak core muscle. so should I work out my core first? or Can I do squat as tighten my core?

      You can do both, but you have to intensify core's exercises.

    of course heavy legs put you in disadvantage for calisthenics and gymnastics but if you want to be badass and a well rounded athlete you better train legs

    요약하면 난 다리가 굵고 근육이 발달되어있어 다리운동할 필요가 없다 상체를 더 발달시켜 고난이도 체조동작을 하는것이 목적이기 때문에 다리운동을 하면 무게가 더 많이 나가기 때문에 하지 않는다

    확실한목적성을갖고운동하시네요 ㅎ 저는 177에 80정도로 스펙비슷하신데, 다리운동 자제하는것도 비슷하네요 ㅎ 저도 타고나기를 다리랑 엉덩이가 많이 두껍게타고나서.. 물론 상체는 빈약하지만요 ㅎ 그래서 더키울필요없겠다싶어 맨몸스쿼트나 런지 레그익스텐션등으로 다리근육을 다듬는운동만 하고있습니다. 사실 제가 빌더도아니고 다리근육에 크게 집착할필요도없고, 허벅지랑 엉덩이때매 바지사이즈에 상당히 애를먹기에 맨몸만하기로 결정했네요

    Thank you for sharing, Dan. I have wondered about this question ever since I first watched your videos. It seems like your muscular legs are primarily due to genetics, and secondarily to things such as weighted squats and cycling. Your position on skipping leg day is completely understandable for the goals you want to achieve. God bless.

    I don't train my legs very much either. as long as I can do piston squats, and decent box jumps then thats all I desire.
    Leg flexibility on the other hand, thats another story.

    This is somewhat scandalous, but I get it. He already has naturally big legs, so why bother wasting time making them bigger, thereby messing with his goals?
    BTW, if you are regularly cycling or running, that is leg work.

    It's so good to see this video, I have felt so alone in having disproportionately strong legs. I've only recently started getting into climbing and calisthenics and getting these tree-trunks off the ground is a nuisance. Meanwhile if I squat or deadlift even a little I immediately go up a size in shorts while it takes me ages to make even a tiny difference in my upper-body. Would love to see your leg regime in more detail!

    저도 어릴때부터 허벅지가 친구들보다 굵어서 어릴땐 제 스스로가 다리 좀 얇아보이게 마사지도 해보고그랬는데 , 지금은 여러 운동 열심히 하면서 허벅지 타고난게 정말 좋은거같네요.

      I am already maintaining my legs even without the traditional strength training. Probably due to all those mobility training.

    제 댓글을 어떻게 생각하실 지는 모르겠는데, 선천적으로 허약하게 태어난 저로서는 타고난 하드웨어를 가지신 형님이 참 부럽네요. 진심으로... 제가 고 3때 170 조금 넘는 키에 46~48 왔다갔다 했으니까요 ㄷㄷ
    저는 여기 한국에서도 남보다 다리가 두 배 이상 얇았습니다. 잘 먹고 잘 쉬어도 근육과 살이 둘 다 안 붙는 허약체질에다 잔병치레도 많아 가끔은 부모님도 원망하고 그랬었네요 ㅋ
    지금은 집에서는 각종 기구들로 맨몸운동, 헬스장에서는 하체 중량운동 위주로 하면서 조금은 좋아져서 지금은 60키로 가까이 나갑니다.
    앞으로도 저 자신과 운동을 더 사랑해야겠지만, 형님과 같은 신체 건강하신 분들이 이따금씩 부러워 지는 것은 어쩔 수 없네요.
    저도 형님도 앞으로도 항상 파이팅입니다!

    대한민국인 종특 오지랇 발동좀 해보면, 이분볼때마다 느끼는건데 호흡이 안좋은 것 같음. 영상찍을때마다 살짝 긴장한 게 보이는데다 숨쉬는 것보면 굉장히 얕고 짧음. 그것자체가 생활화되서 본인도 몰르는 듯한 느낌, 몸 자체가 굉장히 타이트해 보임. 많은 일반인들이 코어 조립조차 안된 상태에서 특정 근육은 타이트하고, 특정근육은 아닌데 비해, 이분은 운동은 제대로 해서, 코어는 제대로 조립된 상태에서 완벽히 타이트해진 느낌. 들숨시 원심성 수축을 해야되는 근육들 조차 구심성 수축 상태로 지나치게 조여져 있는 느낌.
    특히 복부 복직근이 타이트한 체형 같은데. 근력량은 좋으니 호흡 한번 배워 보세요.

    나랑 반대네... 나는 선천적으로 상체가 크고 힘도 세지만 하체가 부실한데.
    이게 아무리 노력해도 잘 극복이 안됨. 나의 컴플렉스가 하체...
    특히 스쿼트 많이해서 펌핑 됐을 때 허벅지는 보통수준까지는 되는데 종아리는 백약이 무효...

    Good to know why you don't work out leg not that much. I'm now working on Convict Conditioning level 2. I want to follow your bodyweight workout routine like planche or front lever and back lever once I reach the certain level of CC, like at least level 5 or 6 or 7?

    I stopped training my legs too. It didn't really fulfill any purpose for me, as for rock climbing you also have an advantage if you're light. On top of that, dead lifts started to hurt my lower back, likely due to bad form, so it was even detrimental in my case. Good video!

    선천적으로 두꺼운 하체에 오랜시간 비만으로 하체가 굵습니다. 그래서 하체를 안하다보니 근력은 평범하거나 저보다 얇은 사람보다 약하네요. 하체부피를 키우지 않으면서 할 수 있는 운동이 있을까요? 지금은 하체 대신 러닝만 하고 있습니다.
    그리고 하체를 하지 않으면 신체불균형이 온다, 상체가 크질 않는다라는 의견은 어떻게 생각하시나요

      황폭풍 님은 그냥 지방이많은거라 근력운동하세요 지방부터 걸러내면되요

      성갑인 인터넷에서 많은 분들이 짐작만으로 그렇게 말씀하시더라구요 하체에 살이 잘 찌기도 하지만 상체복근이 뚜렷하게 보일 정도로 걷어내도 여전히 굵어요. 간혹 여성분들도 보면 종아리가 선천적으로 두꺼우신 분들 있죠? 그분들이 종아리가 얇은 남성보다 근력이 좋거나하지는 않을 겁니다. 저도 마찬가지에요. 차라리 근력이라도 좋았으면ㅎㅎ

      황폭풍 우선 님을 못 보니 정확한 얘기가 어렵고 또 허벅지에 비해 상대적인 힘이란 것도 사실 불분명하구요. 그리고 지방이 부위별로 선택해서 못 뺀다는 거고 사실 사람마다 어느 부위에 지방이 많이 분포하냐와 비율도 달라서 판단하기 쉽지 않네요. 본인이 분명 하체가 근육으로 꽉 차있는데 힘이 없다고 느끼시면 속근 문제나 힘 쓰는 법을 모르거나 겠죠. 관련된 운동이나 동작의 전문가들이 추천하는 운동이나 그 동작에 부하를 가하는 방법이 가장 좋구요. 일반적으로는 보통 역도를 잘하면 어디서 힘 없다는 소리는 안 듣기도 하더군요. 역도를 배워 보세요. 역기를 위로 집어 던지고 앉으면서 기어들어가고 일어서면서 버티고 이 동작 잘해지면 왠만한 분야 힘은 다 잘 쓰더라구요.

      맨몸운동정도는 괜찮고, 자전거를 타시는것도 좋을듯. 스프린트보단 장거리 라이딩으로. 그리고 스트레치 많이해주시면 아무리 굵어도 모양이 이쁨.

      저도 굵었는데 와이드스쿼트와 내추럴 스쿼트 일주일에 한번씩해주면 3개월안에 효과봅니다 특히 한달도안되고 포기하면 말다했어요 운동은 평생하는거라고 생각합니다

    단어 자체에 ㅣ 가 들어가면 맞음
    예로 호랑이, 토끼, 사랑니 같은 단어 자체에 ㅣ가 들어가는 것들
    예외도 있음 "아니었습니다" 같은 거
    '였다or였습니다.'가 '이었다', '이었습니다'의 준말이니
    "기록 이였습니다" 라고 쓴 걸 풀어보면 "기록 이이었습니다" 라는 말이 되니 틀린 거

    제가 유전 때문인지 선천적으로 다리 근육이 발달한 편인데
    저같은 사람은요 하체 따로 하지 말고 걍 등산이나 자전거만 타도 충분한 것 같습니다.
    아니 그게 오히려 다리를 더 예쁘게 만들고 상하체 균형을 이루게 해줘요.
    데드 리프트랑 스쿼트랑 기구 같은거 사용해서 하체 집중적으로 공략한 적 있는데
    일반인 치고는 너무 굵어져서 별로에요.

    Same problem here, the only thing I do to keep a strength level in my legs is pistol squats every now and then. I don't want to make the planche and front lever even harder than it is already.

    So when you say you don't train legs, you mean you do leg exercises but don't train for hypertrophy...bit of a misleading title/introduction.

      +Jon Bell I specifically even said in this video that I don't train for hypertrophy but do other exercises. And whenever you think of a "leg day", what comes to your mind first? Probably squats, deadlift, lunges etc and probably not mobility work such as side splits and pancake. So I don't think there's a huge problem here. Maybe I should have titled why I never squat or something.

      Ha, well you can't please everyone all the time! I love your content by the way. I introduced hollow holds into my routine (I do olympic lifting) because of you and they have helped a LOT. You've also inspired me to do more bodyweight exercises this year.

    확실히 저런 몸 가진사람 내 주위에도 많이 있던데 내친구는 운동 하니도 안하는데 근육 모양이랑 크기 다 잡혀있어서 부러웠는데 ㅋㅋ 게한테는 그게 트라우마였다고 들었는데 여기 댄정씨도 비슷한거 같네여 ㅎㅎ

    혹시 맨몸 다리운동영상은 올릴 계획 없나요? 저도 홈트레이닝을 하고 있긴 한데, 맨몸으로 하체를 집에서 하기에는 강도가 약하다고 생각되고, 특히 햄스트링쪽은 맨몸으로 하기에는 한정적이고 많이 취약한 것 같더군요. 이 영상을 보긴 했지만 혹시 맨몸 하체운동은 하시고 있는게 없는지 궁금해서 올립니다.

    운동의 강도와 시간에 있어서 저랑은 비교도 못하게 많이, 강하게 하셨겠지만 가지고 있는 고민은 같네요
    저도 유독 다리만 굵어서 고민을 많이 하거든요. 저도 근력운동 대신 중/장거리 달리기를 통해서만 다리운동을 진행하고 있습니다.
    그외 추가로 유연성 훈련을 하기는 해야겠네요.. 여튼 좋은 영상 감사합니다!!

      funny how you associate the word; love with eating A dead body of an animal who values his life just as we value ours.. but I still do LOVE your channel, I won't eat your channel though and mr JonSmex it does not make the information worth more or less. Dan creates great content.. but eating different it would save the lives of animals, make his leggs lighter, have a great impact on the world and improve your overall health.. anyway that is my experience after eating vegan for over 4 years it has such A positive impact on my body and overall recovering time..Its definitly worth trying..       Praise Selassie I even if he started being vegan it should be for him, not for his followers, which he would probably get less of because of the bad flack and the amount of shit vegans give people about their diets. and humans strived off of dominating other animals for survival for very many years, and for a fitnss channel i imagine it would be simply for health, being vegan is definitely something to try out, anyway let people do them.

    저두 비슷한데...초중학교때까지 단거리 선수를 하다보니...하체가ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 무게를 많이 치진 않고 점핑스퀏이나 런지 위주로 많이 하고 있어요. 그럼 라인도 예쁘게 잡히고 좋아요! 큰 근육 보다는 상하체 비율 맞춰서 탄탄한 근육이 목표예요오!

      +lKeyZen there's no particular exercise. Just train for handstand push up, planche, front lever and etc and your arms will get big.
