I really wish I saw this before I actually got my gears aye lol, it would have saved me some money and time. I'm running these in 13:1 with a warhead 45k and a leviathan in a retroarms box, plus I'm short stroked by 2 , I've already had the sector gear loosen and start splitting on me but after watching this I might just bin them and get a set of shs gears or something have been tempted to look at siegetek gears but we'll see. Good work bro I'm subbed now so shouldn't anything in the future.

for me fine no issue about the bearing coz i only do 350 below fps...im using this bigr since gen8...it depends on the factory some it will be like this some not..sama as shs i always gets the spur gear loose from the shaft but im still using both brand..
Great video, thanks a lot for your awesome work, I had similar issue with the spur gear of Super Shooter rear set on airsoft build, so now I'm trying to avoid use of gearset with bearings.
You are running a pretty short barrel with full cylinder which may cause unstable bb trajectory due to overpowered muzzle pressure and extra drag force due to the piston need to run through full length. I suggest you using 1/2 cylinder to correct the cylinder/barrel ratio and improve the smoothness of your gearbox.
It may be the size of the spring is to big because bearings don't take weight like bushings do also maybe the CNC gearboxes don't absorb the shock as well as the nylon ones will
Bearings and gelsoft/airsoft don’t go well together no matter the quality or cost they always let you down in the long run. Apart from the required ones like the piston head screws and spring retainer

You just need to modify the tail to suit the ROF
