I have been searching for a recipe to make "better" cream frosting forever. The icing on the cakes from the store is stable to sit out all day for parties. I've left the cakes out overnight when the fridge is too full with no melting or going sour or just bad. Is this stable to be out for a day or 2? Looks yummy! And no sugar added. Butter cream is just not on my diabetic diet lol. Thank you. Anyone who knows can answer. ❤️

You should try condensed milk buttercream. Alot easier to make 500g butter, vanilla. Beat until nice and whipped then add 1 can sweetened condensed milk. No need for sugar.

Hmmm not really fondant is heavy,,,you need some real cream ,harder,,whipping cream is not hard enough to keep fondant,,,,real cream has at least little bit butter ( vanilla or chocolate cream )

4 sticks unsalted butter 6 cups powdered sugar. Beat butter until its whipped almost and add in sugar a little at a time. Add heavy whipping cream as needed to help consistency
We should not store cream in the door of fridge. The temperature of the sides may go up and down when we open the door of fridge. Better to keep in the shelf.

You can add cornflour in order to stabilize your cake
But u taste the raw cornstarch ❤so I bakers use something secret 🤐

Whipped topping not whipped cream is the answer. Bakery supply store sells whipped topping.

Not more than 1 day after that it'll be very hard for icing if you mix more liquid cream then it'll come back to it's original texture otherwise not

For chocolate cream you can add melted chocolate and for any other colour add food colours
