I followed your instructions and came against a few problems, however I uninstalled the copy I had then it said it should be 32 not 64 but give me an option to change it. Finally it downloaded and is working fine thanks very much.

We couldn't find the specified configuration file. Check the file path and file name.

When did you get this response? after typing " setup /configure configuration.xml " ?
It could be because your configuration file name or the path is not same as the description. You should not completely rely on a video and put some knowledge of yours too
