6:42 those crossings with no gates remind me of the ones throughout Minnehaha and Lincoln County South Dakota, and that car looks like my grandpa’s old car, although, wrong wheels, and my grandpa doesn’t have that car anymore, he now he has a Ford F-150, he leases them. Which he has discovered is way cheaper than trying to keep a 15+ year old car running for the rest of his life. Plus it’s 4x4 and much better for hunting than using a beat up Chrysler minivan with a smashed back so you can’t open the rear hatch
Bell on the first crossing is a safetran hybrid bell. Very rare these days but there are still a lot of them in the northeastern part of the U.S. Almost all CSX crossing still use them on about 20+ crossings from conneaut Ohio to a little ways after Madison Ohio
You got stupid lucky with that of two trains at the 30:28 time-stamp. I know the drivers waiting at that crossing were ticked off when that imtermodal train rolled through while the tail end of that mix freight was coming.
Also, the flashing ditch lights are going away, so if you catch this before it's gone, then you are one lucky person. I hear there is a process to remove the programming for the flashing ditch lights, and Union Pacific has already done this on a few of their ex-SP locomotives. You can check the full roster of every SP AC4400CW as a UP unit here (a few are still unpatched!): utahrails.net/up-diesel-roster/up-diesel-roster-60.php#c44ac-6500
This has to be an unbelieveable sight a Union Pacific Locomotive with Flashing Ditch Lights, the Flashing Ditch Lights are common with Norfolk Southern, CSX Transportation, Paducah & Louisville Railroads, but uncommon with Union Pacific.
The 1ST Crossing in this video has safetran hybrid Mechanical bells. Same with the 3RD crossing in this video. The 2ND crossing in this video has a safetran type 1 Electronic bell.
Frederic Voillemin I’ve seen a videos where it sounded exactly the same. Go check out a videos titled “Sick E-Bell” ?It’s some sort of speaker malfunction or something. Bell just needs repaired. Nothing major.

An excellent video. Hello from the Tracy Mountain Railway in Colorado. ♡ T.E.N.
Great Job! Excellent catch for all those trains. I like 19:36 because of the General Signals TYPE 3 E-Bell.
Yannitron 9000 I think u ment 19:38 that when the next dings go off at the next crossing or you like the railroad lights turning off

That's a Safetran Hybrid bell
7:41 Wait. A Union Pacific locomotive with ditch lights? I've never seen that before
All locomotives require ditch lights since 1997, the UP loco 6417 was built as SP 371. Southern Pacific had flashing ditch lights.
Also, the flashing ditch lights are going away, so if you catch this before it's gone, then you are one lucky person. I was kind of thinking that myself, especially for an electronic bell at railroad crossings.
