I'm not quite understanding. But if they worked and don't you can always reprogram it or check to make sure the switch on the door lock didn't get flipped as that can do it as well.
Why is there 2 lock and unlock buttons on the remote? I have 2 locks on my class c but this only controls the deadbolt. I don’t see how to program the main lock?
The keyfob for is designed for users with another handle. This door only locks by the deadbolt. So one of thr lock and unlock buttons on the fob works one door lock, and the other buttons on the fob would work another door if your rv had two doors. For example, my personal RV has one door so I only use the top two buttons.
Yes the interior handle is plastic. On one of our handles, the inside plastic seems stiffer and better made, but the other of the same brand is thinner and does not feel as good a quality. Not sure if it was a design change or quality issue. Either way, they both work great still.

What if fobs worked initially and after using them once neither one work?
