This guy is pouring his heart out, and gets many mean spirited comments, whats wrong with people! This was a positive, well meaning talk!

Working out - even if you're really not feeling like it - really helps to restore energy and balance the body and mind. I recommend HIIT, hiking or swimming.

He made a very useful point there I believe. When someone gets to that point where they are just tired all the time, knowing what makes you happy can be a difficult thing to determine, as even what you like might not be giving you that buzz. But he said he decided instead of fighting other things, he's going to fight for himself (I might be paraphrasing here). When you start getting angry at the feeling of tiredness and the vicious cycle of doing things that ends up making you more tired, you get on a path out. Anger is more powerful that the defeated tiredness and that can be enough power to sustain you through the initial drudgery. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Thank you Hans for sharing this, I think you are very honest and courageous to tell us about your life and your experiences which I definitely relate to. Often our emotions don’t serve us, they just drain us of our energy instead. I think you are talking about the very source of our energy, which we all need to discover it if we are to have it. I have a sense you’re talking about love too, not least self love, which is a powerful source of energy within us. Love wakes it up. Great to hear you have awoken yours.

Thank you for uploading. The speaker has interesting things to say but the title is mismatched to his talk leading some viewers to feel disappointed. The message is Find what you love doing - 'dumping fatigue' is a whole different game. Very tired people are not able to simply dump fatigue.

Chronic fatigue is a new badge for an old problem of doctors not diagnosing people properly. Chronic fatigue is just vague doctor speak for ongoing regular tiredness. If that's all the diagnosis the doctor is going to give you then you need to do the work yourself. I'm sorry that doctors are failing you.

Running away may not be the answer, but when you're desperate enough, and the world is crushing you, it's the only answer you got.

    • @JorisVDC
      @JorisVDC 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

You can find new answers if you have transformed your basic, root trauma.
I was able to do this in a hypnosis session. I went back to the moment in my life that traumatized me the most. I was able to transform that experience and give my inner child what it needs.
The next session we worked on the subconscious to have it come up with new ways of getting the rewards and positive feelings from other things than fleeing in drugs or video games.
You know that running away ably gives you a temporary relief. Go and seek help to find out what is really hurting inside you and how to start caring for yourself.
Our souls have chosen to be here for a very good reason, we just maybe don't remember it yet.
I am convinced that we are all stars of light that want to spread their warmth, love and light in this world.
It are our thoughts and karma which make up the clouds that block these rays.

The cause for me was the microwave oven. This may sound unbelievable: the internet states that the use is harmless or that the danger is cancer or a reduction in vitamins.
The first consequences were: pain in the neck, fatigue, sore throat, depression, .....
After 3 months without a microwave oven these symptoms disappeared.
Consequences are greater the closer the microwave oven is to you: if the oven is right next to your dining table, for example.
If you bring this to your members' attention, those who wish can give it a try and let you know about their experiences. Everyone can now participate in the study!
People will not think much of CFS. Organs are not damaged. It looks more like an internal strangulation.
I don't know if that can be found. The muscles tense under the influence of microwaves (microwave), Hence the pain and the intestines are too tense, which makes digestion poor and too few vitamins are absorbed. In the throat one has pain due to the tensioning of the muscles there. Be careful not to cure other diseases with fatigue for CFS.

ok 8.5 mins in, does this story get any more depressing or should I be more patient? It's sure sapped my energy just listening to him! Watch anything with Guy Martin in if you want to feel positive and uplifted!

I quit all the time and am a low achiever. Just like watching tv, web, walking in park. Maybe your father is toxic like my mother.
I have tons of books too. That's called doing a geographical by AA so I just stay put except for overseas holidays. I'm a useless father. My energy system is kaput and I have no sangfroid. Yeah, don't be a quitter. Become an inspirational speaker, big Euros,
