It is definitely overwhelming to start looking into what's in our food, very upsetting that the FDA doesn't do their job. A few years ago I bought a candle, before I burned it I checked the bottom label and there was a dead fish cartoon on it, I looked up what that symbol means and it means it's an environmental hazard. I was so mad but after looking into food and household item ingredients for the past couple years I'm not surprised.

Beeswax candles are nice and actually can help clean the air and neutralize odors. Most are unscented or may have a slight honey scent but they are an option for people who love candles for the ambiance.

Beeswax candles are a better alternative, but it's important to reduce fragrance use.for our health but also environmental issues, to produce a small amount of essential oils a ridiculously enormous amount of resources are needed. Opening the window and letting the air change is more effective than a candle, or at this point invest in an air purifier or an humidifier.
To end remember to take slow steps, don't stress and use everything with consciousness.

Sun dried sheets are the best! I miss having a clothes line.

Omg other peoples laundry detergent! I can smell it from a mile away. I used to get chronic migraines until I stopped using any “fragrance” products

Yes, every shopping trip lately lands me with a huge headache. It's doing great things to our budget so we can afford all the non-toxic natural stuff 😂😂😂

I haven’t been using my diffusers since I had my baby in January because I hear conflicting views- is it safe overall?

Becca what’s the best way to get all the thieves products if you live in Australia?

Caraway is "safer" but not necessarily safe. Best to not use non-stick anything :)

Love your videos Becca. Is there anyway you can recommend other essential oils that are not Young Living? The price for their products are OUTRAGEOUS. I know you get what you pay for but for many of us who are full-time working (and sometimes single) parents struggling to pay for all the things due to inflation prices. I would love to switch to non-toxic but I just cannot afford to pay $100+ for a starter kit. Please tell me there are more options for me.

I am in the same boat, I want to use them but YL is just too expensive sometimes.. I have heard great things about Revive! I have never ordered from them yet, but people say they are great quality and decently priced :)

I’m a huge fan of Saje oils! Some of them can still be pricey, but way less than YL

Plant Therapy and Revive are much more affordable. I’ve personally not used Revive but I have a good fried who uses them and loves them. The company was created by former YL people so their blends are the exact same as YL for most if not all of the oils. Plant Therapy has their testing results for each oil on their website when you click on the oil whereas YL isn’t as forthcoming with their testing results in case that matters to you. This is coming from a former YL junkie but then had to stop because we went to a single income family and couldn’t afford it anymore.
