I will be trying this oil. I am hypothyroid and battle with insomnia. Since watching your video I got tested for my levels and while the dr said I was fine my progesterone level came back slightly low. This may be the solution to my problem. Thank you for sharing your story.

I literally say that to my husband every time I have my period!! I said that my periods are worse than childbirth by far! I was confused when I was going into labor bc the cramps were so mild and the nurses almost sent me home bc I was too calm but checked me just in case and I was 5 cm and ready to go 😂 never taken birth control bc it made me scared how it affected other people. I need to start switching by products bc those periods radiate pain to my knees!

If you suffer from estrogen dominant, i hope you're on a natural progesterone supplement. Also, make sure you're eating a lot of fiber! I was diagnosed with pmdd, I've cut out gluten, dairy, and found out I'm allergic to some other stuff hiding underneath that as well. I eat a lot of veggies, coconut oil, beets, beans, oatmeal, cacao powder, i take probiotics regularly, i take betaine hcl plus by biotics research as a digestive enzyme. I hope this helps. I'm always trying to tell my story to help others. I also eat a lot of bacon and avocado to help keep my weight up and keep fat on for my hormones to function.

Hey becca, i have a couple questions for you. I tend to get mild pms and 10month pp i started getting *migrain intense pain* headaches. A little desperate, i started putting herbal progestron cream on and take an herbal hormone balancing tincture. It seems to keep them at bay.
I was told to get a hormone level test. And that the headaches were caused by pressure in the pituitary gland and so i dont need porgesterone.
    Whats your thoughts?
Also, i have tend ovulation tenderness also.

I kid you not, I just came across your channel about an hour ago & I already love it! Initially looking for non-toxic skin care, I watched your video from about 5 years ago which led me to click on your page & watch this one which WOW! I have never felt more seen, for 12 years this is exactly how the first day of my periods has been down to the being fetal position on the floor, vomiting, hot flashes & hoping you can sleep it off. The woman in my family never experienced this and always thought I was being dramatic & every doctors first solution is birth control & made me feel if I didn’t get on it then it would never get better. Since then I have been trying to do more research about trying to naturally balance hormones & find this so helpful! all this to just say thank you!!!!
