His character is based on the crusaders which worshipped Christianity in the 1st century and self proclaimed righteousness (belief in justice) That's why he sounds poetic when he speaks because crusaders would recite philosophical text from the bible. I would have accepted only 3 types of post-Arkham Knight games: 1- A game based on the story of Jason Todd as "red hood" 2- A game based on the story of Batman Beyond with Mcginnis (the protagonist of the 90s TV series of the same name) or maybe Bruce Wayne himself 3- A game based on Azrael as the new protector of all of Gotham

Red Hood tells Batman & broadcasts outside the city to everyone that he planted bombs surrounding the city, so if anyone tries to help everyone dies.
Maybe the bombs all over the city that they specifically said they’d blow up if any outside help came? Swear people didn’t play the game at all
