Thanks Connie! I appreciate the kind words :) Glad you like my style and I'm glad to have you here! I hope to read more of your comments on future videos.
Another great home. I tend to agree with the comment below that model homes should not have any built in finishes not available to the buyer. Decorate and furnish to the max to let a buyer see the homes potential, but do it in a space that is available to the buyer to option out. One little nit pick item would be that " dishwasher " in the basement. I could be wrong but that dishwasher may identify as or is at least in the final stages of transitioning into a keg-orator!
It's a beautiful home. Toll Brothers was the original catalyst to why I feel there should be regulation put on production builders to only use in their models what they offer when buying a home. From the lighting packages, beams, floors, fixtures, mill work. They are the kings and queens of false advertising. What you see is not possible to get with them. x100.
@@TerenceRichardsonTours Exactly. And generally speaking, people that can afford the multiple types of contractors and designers needed for that typically aren't buying production homes. I wonder how many many hundreds of thousands they'll tack onto sale price of that model to recoup all custom work. It's BS
It's a nice house, but for a million + end cost, it should be much, much better. I've toured one of their undecorated models and the materials used, especially for the flooring, felt very, very cheap quality. Their markup/premium vs what quality you are actually getting is respectfully, insulting. Their prices should be closer to $475 - $650k all in. I've yet to see any of their builds worth a million + tbh but you did great on the tour.
I hear you. They actually started a bunch of neighborhoods at much lower prices but rode the 2020-2024 wave of appreciation and saw prices increase to these levels. People are still paying them. On a separate note, I am a HUGE proponent of not putting ANYTHING in a model that you can't put into a spec or presale for a customer. Unfortunately, Toll Brothers dress up their models to the nines with upgrades and aesthetics that just aren't offered. I have heard comments like yours a lot when visiting a spec. It doesn't feel like the same house.
That's a beautiful home! It's 67 miles away / 90 minutes without traffic. They'd have to sweeten the deal to get me to drive that far lol. I'm listening ;)

Toll Brothers always exceed my expectations..👍👍 America's leading luxury home builders..57 years...
Their products are always on point!
I truly love it. The staging is gorgeous. The layout is beautiful. Another winner.
I do like Toll Bros model homes, they decorate them so well. But this plan, the Hendricks, I could live there lol
Lovely

That's a great point. The only way for someone to emulate what they do to their models is post-closing with their own designer/contractor.

Love their building but definitely don’t like the dining room at the front door and don’t like seeing the kitchen
It's too close to the front door, agreed!

Their model homes are so beautiful... But what you get is bland, need to deocrate it yourself. I don't have that kind of vision...
You could hire an interior designer!
Hey! you should tour 3886 Double Springs Rd SW, Monroe, GA 30656
