I myself is a teacher and have observed this system in a very critical way and have analyzed that the only flaw is the teacher's capability, teaching is a profession not a job, but here the people who are in search of job only gets it for the sake of earning nd nothing else. Plus, the next point is, the government has tried to implement the teaching methods and pedagogical skills which is again a flaw in the system of education, because pedagogy is basically a routine and a habit but they are implementing it according to the technique, which is again a systematic flaw.
They train teachers for the technical schemes of teaching but not improving their subject and area of expertise.

If we agree that Govt shouldn’t be managing PIA/for profit organisations, why should the same argument not apply to non-profits and/or schools?
Education is a basic need airplan is not quite simple!
Neither of the two countries spends enough on education. Pakistan spends about 9.5% of its GDP on education, which comes to about $30 billion. India, with 6X the population, spends over $280 billion, and even that is not enough.

I am regularly watching your show bros you always pin pointed that the curriculum needs to be revamp but the bros the teachers in govt schools are not trained and equipped enough for this outdated curriculum. What to do with them "Teachers"
