For the new guys, I'd be careful about pumping oil out till your oil fail control switch opens on a few thousand dollar motor. A safer bet is to unplug the sensor cable/time it out. The fitting to oil sensor is brass and strips very easily with an adjustable wrench. It's a better practice to own a 1" open ended wrench. A share of older racks have been upgraded to 15 or 20 OCVs. Adjusting or balancing oil regulators almost never fixes the main oil fail problem, and in most cases causes more problems. It's a time consuming process, and a corner always gets cut. You'd be better off to just clean it, along with all filters/screens because they rarely need to be adjusted, or outright fail on their own. Recently I had to replace 5 regulators on a rack from the floats getting dropped from over-adjustment. Along with two damaged valve plates from overfeeding oil/oil slugs.

Oil issue at the compressor when they are present perfect example on what to do. Unless you have a bad contactor also tripping the oil that was not shown

Add oil. Find your leak and check superheat. Make sure you not washing out oil by flood back
