Great suggestion! Instead of setting my reference photo farther away, I just reduce it down to thumbnail size and it does pretty much the same thing.😊 Amazing what errors I catch.
I’ve never heard of over modelling before! That was very interesting, as it’s so tempting to try and paint every detail to make it look realistic, when actually I don’t need to. Look forward to trying this for my next painting!
thank you for sharing that info. I use quite a few of the other creative cloud apps and Photoshop is included so it makes sense for me to use it, but I'm sure there are lots of other people that would find that really useful to know. 😀
its just an alternative for people on a budget. i love your art. i have a white dog with fluffy hair. shes hard to get the colors in and if i take a picture . theres always lense flare

clip studio art is much cheaper than photoshop and is more user friendly and as good as photoshop in my opinion its about 90 dollars.
