    Im looking for techniques for better listening. Maybe note taking. But that does mot work in casual or unscheduled conversation. As an autistic person our minds race on, we want to talk a lot. That makes listening hard. Any tips there? TH-cam people also talk a lot without pausing. Time seems to be expensive.

      Hi Tauvic. I believe my video also covers listenting techniques, at least to a certain degree. If you are looking for note taking methods, feel free to check out some of my other videos on the channel. And if you want, you can always reduce playback speed via the video settings.     Paying attention has become so difficult, especially when we are anxious or in a hurry. I usually miss out what the other person says, because I'm thinking of what I have to do next...

      Thanks for sharing, Katerina! Indeed, we are often caught between so may things and already think a step ahead, whilst we could benefit so much when instead, just being in the moment. Sounds easy, but I know can be difficult..
