One neat tip with Harris: the reload is almost as long as the cooldown from a charge shot. So if you fire off a charged shot, always reload after as you can’t fire it anyway. This will ensure you keep up your optimal dps for longer with a full mag when the cooling finishes

This build is the conceptual optimized form of what my original main build was. Almost all the parts are different but it's the same idea. If I ever get back into PvP I'll try using your version to see how it compares. But the idea of highly aerial movement with the option between kiting and close quarters melee punish. That's the same.
@@InAVanByTheRivr yeah that was one of the tricks my build used! pulse blade, harris and gridwalkers were pretty much the only parts in common with your build, but the strategy was the same.
The recoil issues with the charged Ransetsu are entirely from the charged Harris shot. The recoil on _that_ charged shot is obscene, any follow-up from a ranged arm weapon is going to require either a split-second pause to let the recoil settle or extremely strong recoil control on the arms. I'm curious as to why you didn't consider the KASUAR legs and head for this setup. Yes, you sacrifice a chunk of stability from the legs, but the head is second only to MIND BETA in terms of stability, and the reverse joint kickoff almost completely makes up for the booster's poor QB thrust and duration, and allows for some truly hilarious instant vertical movement. You aren't going to be fast enough to outrun the truly fast builds anyway, so you may as well have the ability to bounce around like a gun-covered superball.
How would you think about running the Lammergeier core on this build? It would reduce the EN recharge delay considerably, while also allowing you to run a better head, like verril, at the cost of qb cost
@@viggen88 i found stability to be the biggest cost, particularily hurting the chasedown of kites. Other than weight, it is the most impoetant stat, and the head equipped already has high stability so there isnt much room to improve it by downgrading the core

@@varyagace dont forget non melee punish! The charged pulse into harris is a tool for many non alula/gills lw, non shield builds

I flew a very simliar build to S rank multiple times! I will say I used the Etsujin instead of the Ransetsu.
I should mention, I suck at weapon purging into punches xd Need to practice that super bad.
