Kudos for the Video clip! Excuse me for chiming in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you ever tried - Dinanlinson Natural Treatment Approach (probably on Google)? It is a good one off guide for getting rid of erectile disfunction (ED) without the normal expense. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my BF at last got cool results with it.

I was 24 years old and I suffered from ED for six months because I was marathon running, eating a low fat diet, and working very long hours seven days a week.
The doctor told me my testosterone was still fine, but my cortisol was inhibiting my hormones.
Long story short, after sleeping better, switching to a keto diet, and lifting heavy on a 5X5 program I'm better off than I've ever been.

Great advice! I have been intermittent fasting since January 1. I have lost 22 lbs since. I have noticed with limiting alcohol (one or two drinks only on weekend) I have noticed a stronger erection. May be due to the higher levels of growth hormones from the fasting periods. Also, limiting my sugar intake a lot.
I will now start to implement some exercise and some of your recommendations.
    Stay strong guys.
    Health and happiness!

Uncle B.....keep up the good work you're doing. I already cut using sugar in my coffee.....now trying to limit coffee and drinking more herbal tea. I'm going to make a list of sugary things I take and cut them down also. God Bless you Uncle.

High sugar causes cortisol to rise,

    Hi Uncle B,
My name's Jarrad, and I live in the UK. I've been suffering with this problem since I was 17, I'm now 35. It took me a long time of denial and depression to get to the point where I was strong enough to even go to the Dr. I've been through so much, I lost the love of my life because I couldn't accept that I had a problem. I put myself into my work and tried to not think about it. After a while I just saw myself as horse in a yoke. That I wasn't meant to have a normal life, that I was born to work.. Anyway after a lot of time I started to think that maybe it was worth facing this demon. People in my life have said that it's all in my head. I tell them that if they think they can cut it out of my head I'd supply the power tools. I figure that even if they left me horribly disfigured it would be worth it to be normal..
Luckily nobody's ever taken me up on it. I went to the Dr's in the end. I thought would have a huge battery of tests, I'd researched on Google about the sorts of tests they might want to do. I felt pretty let down by my Dr who just prescribed me Viagra and ushered me out the door. I've used Viagra now for ten years. I hate it. I feel even more like a beast of burden, just doped up instead. I gotta play a part, I gotta act like the big man, when I don't actually have anything to back it up, and I have to avoid drink or it might not work. I meet really hot people and sometimes it doesn't work and I get angry and they leave. I got all the libido and when it doesn't work I feel like I could scream and tear my face off.
I pray, pray that I could be normal but, the longer this goes on the harder it is to stay positive.
Sorry for off loading. I've repressed all this for so long.
I hope you can help me.
