Once the strip(s) are installed, are they easily moveable? Will be moving soonish & not sure if it's worth setting them up where I am now if I'll have to take them down and move them later

Hello! In order to utilize Sync+ you first need a 4D Screen Mirror Kit, then open Nanoleaf 4D in the settings and tap "Devices and Position". From there, just follow the instructions on screen and you're done!
This does not work with Alexa does it ? I tried a lot to get Alexa discover it, but no luck. However it works very well with Nanoleaf app and Apple Home. But I have all my smart appliances at home controlled from my Alexa. Can you advise please ?

@Joe Spiteri No one officially... someone on the Discord said that they weren't that flexible and my use case might not be optimal... well... I don't know about that, but it definitely works out well for me - it's quite an effective monitor space backlight!

Question: When I tell Siri to turn on my lights via HomePod Mini, she always answers back with "your lights are on now". Before she didn't say anything. How can I revert back to no voiced confirmations?
We don't sell any connectors like that, but there are some third-party accessories sold online that might be able to do the trick. We wouldn't recommend it though.
Can you install these onto the back of your television set? If you can, would you recommend plastic clips to keep the strip in place? Wondering if the heat from the tv will melt the adhesive
Sorry for the trouble, but no worries, we totally understand and there is actually a trick in making sure they stay in place. You have to press down the sides of the connector (opposite the flat sides) to the Controller so they will stay in place.

Oh no. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience, but no worries, we should be able to help. Can you check if you are on your 2.4 GHZ wifi? To reset: hold the power and brightness up (+) buttons on the Controller for 5 sec. These buttons must be pressed simultaneously, as pressing them one after the other will not work. Some reset needs a bit of timing too. Let us know if that helps!

The packaging made it seem like I could cut along the dotted lines and they would sync. Now I’m out $50 because the I cut them into strips

Why did you make the wires so loose, the slightest bump and the cord connecting the strip the remote and it unplugs

What happens if you don’t have a controller?
Hey, without the Controller, you will not be able to have any basic controls of your Nanoleaf done; like increase brightness, change scenes and more.
when I power my light strip off they turn yellow. I also cannot put them on the color red.

Razer and Nanoleaf are two totally different companies, and Nanoleaf i believe does not support that. Correct me if im wrong.
